Good service at front desk & walk within 10 min to Subway station

There are 2 metro stations near the hotel (But one is about 6 mins away from the hotel), basically you can travel around Osaka easily. Receptionists are polite and can speak English. The room is clean and comfortable.

This was my first trip to japan. l didn't really know what to expect but Smile hotel made it feel like home. the staff from the front desk to the cleaners made the experience better. the staff don't know much English but guess what you're in Japan! learn some Japanese or be patient with the staff as they will be with you. the service was excellent to me, l enjoyed the morning tea bags they give to you. the location is very ideal next to a lot of restaurants and convenient stores. the biggest one for me was it's a minute away from the JR Line(train) which you can connect to a lot of the tourist spots like shinjuki, Akihabara and shibuya. it should take you less than 20 mins to get there. l loved my experience and would definitely recommend staying here. The price for the rooms are great for the size of the room. P.S Also get a suica card don't waste money on the paper ticket believe me your experience with trains will be much better.

Family mart next to the hotel, close to Sugamo subway station same line of Shibuya and Shinjuku easy to move around, private room with toilet it’s small but tidy and clean I had a good time here :)

A very cost-effective hotel in Tokyo, with decent facilities. The room I stayed in had a view of the Tokyo Skytree. The hotel staff was very friendly and it was only a 2-minute walk from Sugamo Station. There were various shops downstairs and Family Mart next door, which was very convenient. I highly recommend it.

The room is clean and the supplies are complete. Only the bathing instructions are fine. 3 minutes to JR station, 1 minute away to a 24-hour supermarket, convenient for coming to Japan. Will consider staying again☺️

I stayed alone. The room was small but complete, cleaned well, and there were toiletries in the lobby, which was very considerate. The transportation was also convenient, with a convenience store next to it and many restaurants.

The room is indeed small, but since I live alone, I think it's a good choice for one night's sleep. It's very close to JR Sugamo Station. It's also lively next to the hotel and has many food options. There is a Sugamo Commercial Street not far away where you can go shopping. The commercial street is also very long.

The hotel is very conveniently located near the Yamanote Line Sugamo Station and the subway. It is much quieter than popular areas such as Shinjuku and Ueno. There is always someone to welcome you at the front desk. There is a Chinese lady who is very enthusiastic and provides good service. The luggage was stored in advance and delivered to the room. Although the room is small, it is well cleaned and maintained, with complete facilities. There are many places to eat nearby, but there is an izakaya street downstairs, and people may talk loudly at night. There is also a middle school next to it. JK DK come and go during the day, and you can feel the youthful atmosphere. Overall, it is a very worthwhile hotel, and it can be seen that it is well managed.
