The service attitude at the front desk was good. An uncle was the receptionist that day. His English was not very good but he was able to communicate.
When we left, we asked the front desk for directions, and even though we didn't understand the language, they guided us and gave us a map.
The location is really very remote. It's a short distance from the subway. The last bus leaves very early. I suggest you check in early. Otherwise, it's better to take a taxi.

The hotel service is very thoughtful and there is a shuttle bus to and from the hotel. The front desk was very friendly and gave me a towel when I saw that I was wet in the rain. All staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel nearby Warner Bros. Studio Tour Tokyo – The Making of Harry Potter, only 8 mins distance by taxi! Anyway, weak air conditioner and really hot even adjust to lowest temperature.

It is a ten-minute walk from Kojigaoka Subway Station. The room facilities are a bit old, but this is the only hotel nearby. There is a 7-11 convenience store nearby.
