All staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel nearby Warner Bros. Studio Tour Tokyo – The Making of Harry Potter, only 8 mins distance by taxi! Anyway, weak air conditioner and really hot even adjust to lowest temperature.

The service attitude at the front desk was good. An uncle was the receptionist that day. His English was not very good but he was able to communicate. When we left, we asked the front desk for directions, and even though we didn't understand the language, they guided us and gave us a map. The location is really very remote. It's a short distance from the subway. The last bus leaves very early. I suggest you check in early. Otherwise, it's better to take a taxi.

This hotel is the only one in Hikarigaoka, Nerima, Tokyo, so there is not much competition and lack of motivation. The hotel is about 10 minutes' walk from Hikarigaoka Station, which is quite convenient. The room price is not expensive and the price-performance ratio is good. There are 2 restaurants in the hotel, both of which are expensive. It is recommended not to eat in the hotel. But the hotel staff is really good. Because I want to renew the room for 2 days, the front desk staff kindly suggested that I book online, and it was almost half the price of booking on site. This is really for the customers.

The hotel service is very thoughtful and there is a shuttle bus to and from the hotel. The front desk was very friendly and gave me a towel when I saw that I was wet in the rain. Although I couldn't check in immediately after arriving at the hotel early, the hotel staff would help you deliver your luggage to the room after the luggage is packed in the room.

It is a ten-minute walk from Kojigaoka Subway Station. The room facilities are a bit old, but this is the only hotel nearby. There is a 7-11 convenience store nearby.

It's an old hotel with old decoration. The carpet is dirty and I feel uncomfortable. The price is cheap and the hotel manager is very warm and kind.

I want pajamas instead of yukata. Also, there are few outlets. I want coffee, not just tea sticks.

My husband and I stayed here for one night in March on a twin plan. There is an underground parking lot, which costs 1,000 yen per night, but it was safe to go by car. The room seemed larger than a business hotel. The plan did not include breakfast, but we were able to make a reservation when we checked in. There seemed to be a lot of foreigners there at breakfast time, but the buffet breakfast was delicious. There is a Harry Potter amusement park nearby, and there was a display showing the hotel that the staff used as a base when it was launched. There seems to be a plan to go there based on this.

I think no one has complained until now. Because of that, the employees, even the managers, have been doing a half-hearted job. I don't know what value there is in a hotel that is protected by its brand and authority, and harasses its customers. Frankly, it was a waste of time to go. I still regret what I said. I have used it before. There was no "thank you as always" in the words. When I said I wanted to play the piano, they looked unwilling and checked the reservation that I didn't make, and paused. I don't know any other hotel that is as rude as this. This is a three-star hotel that costs over 10,000 yen per night. However, the bakery is not open on weekdays. The restaurant is closed or partially open on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. There is nothing around. If you are staying, it is a hotel. There is no hotel more inconvenient than this. No water or welcome drink service. You just sign at check-in and you are given the key. Only the bare minimum amenities are left in the room. The slippers are reused. The shampoo is the DHC series, whose ingredients are sourced from Europe. It's nothing special. The bathtub and toilet are in one bathroom, and the sink is not separated from the room. I couldn't relax. The bed was a French bed with a print from several decades ago. It was the kind of hard one you see in business hotels in the countryside. Of course, when you peeled off the base, there was long hair. There was no coffee, only powdered tea. There was no mineral water or a shared water server. It was unclear whether the tap water was drinkable, but once you entered the room, you had no choice but to drink it. There was a Ministop in the neighboring building, and cash and credit cards were not accepted. The worst part was the water area. There were several centimeters of dust in the pipes under the sink. There was a black thing around the bathtub, so I dug around it and found a pipe filled with hair that had been left there. I pulled out the pipe and removed the hair, but hair was still growing from the inside. I wonder what was going through my mind when I stuck my hand in there. The smell of my hands didn't go away even the next day. I handed it over to the front desk and asked about the post from five years ago, and they gave me the standard complaint that "the pipes are inspected regularly." I don't need that, that's a lie. When I asked them, "Why did you leave it for five years?" they just said, "I'm sorry," but they still maintained their stance that they inspect them. But they didn't answer about how often they clean it. It's obvious that the person in charge who doesn't know the situation answered to deal with the situation appropriately. That can't be called a response. This person came all the way to the station. We pay rent. We spent money to get our belongings and still came to the hotel for fun, ruining the trip, and there was no improvement in the service or sincerity. Are you a group of fraudsters?
