This hotel is not new but quite well maintained. Just 7-9 minutes walk to Shinjuku gyoen station and around 15 minutes to Shinjuku main St. Surrounded by night life area and some fastfood like Yoshinoya and Sukiya. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially mr Lorenso. The best things is they have a 25m2 room which you can’t find in Shinjuka area with the reasonable price loke this hotel.

A little far from restaurants and main metro. Maybe wouldn’t stay here again. The actually hotel is okay

Stayed here for 9 nights, it’s home away from home! Kitchenette was a life saver because we bought supper and the utensils and bowls came in really handy!! Ample space to open luggage, clean bath tubs for bubble bath after a long day and many washing machine to do laundry! Happy with my decision!

Best Hotel with so much space and there is a mini kitchen. I am OK with the walk from the bus station. Will be again. Thank you.

Room was big comparatively to other places. Clean place with 24h convenient store nearby. Takes 1.5km to Shinjuku Station

AMAZING experience! Totally recommend this hotel. Location, space, cleanliness, service and amenities are incredible. Plus, the area/neighborhood where is located is super close to train station and lots of food options. If you are from lgbtq community, super plus is that you can walk to bars. Don't hesitate, book it now.

The staff, location, cleanliness, services were excellent. The was room was small, but neat. The food was excellent.

Good location, about 5 to 8 minutes walk from Shinjuku gionnmae station. You can also walk (10 to 15 mins) to all the Shinjuku must go to places: golden gai, Omoide Yokocho, Ikebukuro. The hotel itself is nice and clean, and the staff was nice. It's definitely not a 5 star big hotel but it works well for short trips and it's still decently priced (for Tokyo hotel standards).

It’s like a service apartment with a small kitchen with all amenities. It’s spacious so no problem with luggage’s opening. There are 2-3 convenient store around and restaurants. So no issue. The only thing is the car park for hotel, height only 1.55m. If you are driving MPV or SUV, you will need to find those public car park, which have a few behind the hotel.

Staying here for the 2nd time. Still pretty solid I just say. Great location, clean and the best scramble eggs. Left behind some stuff when I checked out and was still able to retrieve it the next day.

Very spacious room. Had a small kitchen for light cooking. Would rate the entire trip 5 out of 5 if not for its location. A little far from central shinjuku if going on foot.

Had a good stay at this place. It is only about 7 mins' walk from the Shinjuku Gyoemmae station on the Marunouchi line. When you exit from Exit 2, turn left, turn left and go straight down the road about 5 mins till you come to the main road, turn right and you see the Citadines signboard. The studio double that we booked was well equipped - there was just about everything - microwave oven, kettle, iron and ironing board, cooking utensils, plates, cups, bowls. Located at a quieter part of Shinjuku but plenty restaurants, 7-eleven, lawson and family mart nearby. Service was good . We left our baggage there when we checked out and came back for it later before leaving for the airport.
