Room is big enough for family with kids, the king bed is big for 2 adults and 2 kids. They provide us a cot for my 4mth old baby as well. The bathroom is big and my kids love the bathtub. Breakfast and lounge are great too! The services are superb!! Highly recommended to everyone!!

This hotel is always one of my top picks for Tokyo. Its great location and helpful staff are the main reason! It is also wonderful when one can get a room with a view of Mr. Fuji! :-)

This was a quick one night stay as I was passing through Tokyo. The hotel is great, the staff was unbelievably nice and friendly! The breakfast buffet was delicious and club lounge was relaxing. I would definitely stay again and for a long time!

Very good. The front desk staff knows a little Chinese. Communication is no problem. The view is invincible.

Hotel location: Shinagawa Station Konan Exit, turn right on the overpass and go straight to the hotel. There is a direct subway to Narita Haneda without changing lines. The room is very big, and the wet and dry separation is very good. The toiletries are from the Bydero series, and Shiseido skin care products are also provided. The quilt and pillows are so soft that I fall asleep as soon as I touch them. The scenery is also beautiful, and I can savor the day & night. Only one night the wind blew very hard and the glass made noise. The only drawback is that you cannot double points, IHG also got my account name wrong, and there is no record of my stay here in 2016. The only drawback is that the Tokyo Metro Pass you bought cannot be used here. Fortunately, the design is user-friendly. It only costs you one stop to enter and exit Shinagawa Station. You can use it anywhere else.

It's right next to the station, but it's very quiet at night without trains. There's a 711 downstairs. The surrounding breakfast is also very rich. The bathroom is super large and the bed is super wide, so a family of three will have no problem. The weather is so good that you can see Mount Fuji🗻

Next to Shinagawa Station, JR and Shinkansen are very convenient. Although the hotel is a bit old, fortunately the facilities are well maintained!

I stay here every year, and I am familiar with the waiters and staff. I have seen an intern promoted to a full-time employee. It is not very close to the station, but there is a corridor, so you don't have to cross the road.
