Sotetsu Fresa Inn Nihombashi-Ningyocho Reviews

The good: Staff were friendly and helpful, amenities provided were plentiful including facial masks. The not so good: the hotel property and room was clearly showing its age (and this wasn’t that clear from the official photos and current reviews), and breakfast can be skipped. Overall, this was a decent hotel and stay, but I will probably not return as there are better options around.

The location is about 10 mins walk from subway station. Quite old.

The hotel is located very close to two subway stations. Hamamachi Station is a little far away, but a green space that passes by is full of cherry blossoms, which is really beautiful. You can sit in Hamamachi Park and watch the petals of cherry blossoms fall... It was as if time stood still. The rooms are small, but reasonably designed and have almost everything you could want. The hotel staff are very polite and always helpful. Check-in and check-out are very fast. It is a pleasant experience and highly recommended .

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room is a bit small, but the bed is comfy. Also there is a bathtub, fossils are working amazing. You can grab bath aroma salt, face moisture masks and much more downstairs for free. Breakfasts are also tasty and more than enough to get full. Thank you 🫡

The room is cozy for solo traveller. Location wise, it is 3 mins walk from Ningyocho Station, 10 mins walk from Nihombashi Station. Generally I find the place safe. You can take the amenities from lobby and they have lots to choose from. There is laundry on the ground floor in case you need it. I would stay here again if I'm back in Tokyo!

this is one of the best hotels I had ever stayed in 1. Considering this is an inn, but has the quality of a 5 star. Why? 2. Small and compact room size and yet good enough for a single traveler and importantly, a comfortable bed to give one a good sleep. 3. The hotel provides all the necessity like face mask and hair wax. In the room, there even has an air & fabric fresher spray for your smelly clothing after a yakiniku meal. Lastly, she provided a coin laundry, 400 Yen for a wash and dry...and I really mean dry and clean and fresh.. 4. The location was so conveniently located around subways, restaurants, fast food (Mac & KFC), Family Mart. The train takes you all the way to Narita Airport. Overall, I will strongly recommend this hotel.

Ideal location. Easy bus to both airports and easy access to shibuya. Friendly staff. Great amenities. Love the face products. We were very happy to finally find a hotel that had smoking rooms. The room is bigger then I imagined, with a wide hallway at door entrance, enough to open suitcase and pack. Breakfast also had many options. No complaints. All was good thank you.

The room have some flies and the room is too crowded to live, cannot even open the suitcase

Great location, close to several metro stations. There are many places where you can eat deliciously, as well as food shops. Great staff, impeccable cleanliness.

Amazing place!!! so closed in the station 3-5 minutes walk only…very clean and smells so good. Have lots of variety of foods on breakfast. Will definitely book this hotel again when I’m gonna go back. The staffs are so helpful too. ❤️❤️❤️

Convenient location Room is small comparing with other business hotels in Japan Close to Express Limousine Bus station to the two international airport

Good hotel near the metro. The bed is very comfortable, the breakfasts are hearty (there are two types: European and Japanese). Thanks to the hotel staff for allowing us to leave our luggage for two days when we were leaving for another city.

What a fantastic hotel. Literally everything you need and more. Also some of the most delicious tea ever available by the elevator! I will be staying here as my preferred choice in Tokyo! Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Thank you for everything.
