There is no locker in this hostel. The room is pretty nice, enough room for you to pack & unpack. Remember to bring your eye mask. AC is strong enough.

Amazing

Everything in the accommodation was sensible, unique, and fun. The Kuramae neighborhood where the hostel is located is also really nice. It has a view of the river, so it didn't feel cramped, and the common space is sufficient. One thing that was disappointing was the bathroom had a bit of a bad smell. I think it's a perfect hostel if only the toilet part is improved

There's definitely a reason why it's famous. The staff is really friendly, especially the smoking area.

It was a hotel with a lot of westerners. Although it was a bit more walk from Shinjuku Station, the facilities and services were very friendly. It was my first guesthouse, but I had a good experience.

Recently stayed at Nui and I highly recommend especially for solo travelers. From the friendly staff to the welcoming atmosphere, it was a fantastic experience. I met so many interesting people and fellow solo travellers. The staff were incredibly kind and went out of their way to make my stay memorable. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the communal areas were perfect for socializing or relaxing. The nieghbourhood is calm and quiet with train station at a small walking distance. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience, and will for sure return the next time in Tokyo.

Beautiful bar and restaurant, with a good selection of drinks and food - vegan and veggie options available. Great vibe. Staff were all really nice and helpful. Rooms are very basic but comfortable, good showers with free shampoo etc. Would stay there again

Really nice hostel. Lovely staff. Good vibe. Nice location, little bit quieter than Shibuya etc. Bedrooms and washroom spacious and clean. Best feature is the bar - good selection of drinks and good for meeting people. Nice food too, especially the curry

This was the best hostel I’ve ever stayed in! The beds are so clean and comfortable and the staff are so friendly. The atmosphere is really social too. I met some amazing people here, and the bar downstairs is vibey!!! If I had any problem the staff went over and above to help me. This is my first time travelling solo and I felt really nervous before coming, but as soon as I arrived at Nui I felt like I had a home away from home. Would 1000% come again, I have already booked another stay because I’m sad to be leaving! Thank you so much Nui!

Tiny room 7-8 m2, no bedside lamp, 2 hangers, bare concrete small bed, max 160 cm. All this for 12,000 yen per night, (with a view of the Sumida) without breakfast. The toilets and showers are perfectly clean and upstairs. The atmosphere is pleasant. For this price there are many 12-13m2 hotels with private WC/baths in Tokyo

The proverbial Japanese cleanliness is a real fact, shared toilets and showers are impeccably kept, however the rooms are "tiny, no proper lighting for reading in the evening in bed, no storage cupboards, some rooms are worthy of a prison cell. prison with a small window. The double with shared shower/WC (approx. 11 square m) still costs 90 CHF (same euro) E. Z. I have the impression that Nui is taking advantage of its good reputation from the pre-Covid years...

This was the worst hostel in all respects. Anyway, the attitude of the staff is too bad. The bearded staff are especially the worst. I was surprised that he acted like a **** and told me to get rid of him as soon as my stay was over. It was really unpleasant. The long-term customers are all disgusting people. Some people even let food waste rot in their rooms. There is also the issue of hygiene. The room was dusty and I never saw them vacuuming or cleaning the air conditioner. For the bed, you just peel off the sheets and don't wash the futon. I guess it hasn't been washed in several years. The room and futon were dusty and made me cough. The toilet is shared. It is only cleaned once in the morning and is used by a large number of people. So the toilet is always dirty. To be more specific, the toilet seat often has urine or water from the washlet splashing off your butt. Also, there is a strange smell probably because the water treatment plant is nearby. It looks stylish and clean in the photo, but in reality it is old and dirty. The lower bar is also high and tasteless. It was the worst hostel in all. The attitude of the staff is just too much. Especially the staff with beards are the worst. I was surprised that they behaved like *****, like they wanted us to leave as soon as our stay was over. It was really unpleasant. The long-term guests are also very unpleasant people. There are even people who let food scraps rot in their rooms. Also, there is a hygiene problem.
