The location near the university and it’s affordable for student. Close to family mart

Last time we talked about the need to charge a LATE CHARGE surcharge, as reported by TRIP customer service, the result is the same, because TRIP is paid through an intermediary. The agent didn't know if he would ask directly or communicate with the hotel, so in the end I would rather go back early to check in and then turn back. So please pay attention to the surcharge for late check-in. Staying in the same room on the next day is better than returning to the same room, but it is not a loss. Don’t ask for too much, because it is always a BACK PACKER. It is a B&B. There is a wash basin as soon as you open the door, and there is a microwave to reheat food. Keep in mind that there is a long distance from Shinagawa Station to Reiichi, which takes about 15 minutes. If you see COMMENTS, you can consider taking Kita Shinagawa Reiichi, which takes about 5 minutes~

It only takes 5-6 minutes to get off at Kitashagawa Station and walk there. The transportation is very convenient. The single room we stayed in was small but sufficient. The toilet and bathroom are shared. The facilities are old but very clean. There is a special room for girls on the second floor. Bathroom, so safe and convenient! Every staff member at the front desk is very warm and lovely. When I left, I had a long chat with a little brother in the common room and was very happy. It is a very good choice for a one-day stay! But I feel like I can stay a few more days next time I come here😊

I used it the day before I went to Kamakura, and it's close to Shinagawa Station, so transportation is very convenient, and there's a lot of food around the convenience store right next door, so I like it. The owner is also really friendly. However, they rent items like towels and toothpaste for a fee, so there's a lot to take with me. I took everything with me and stayed comfortably. came

If there are more than 2 people, please do not go. It was the largest room, but it was so full for an adult male that it was very difficult to pack up. (Based on long-term travel) There was no elevator, but it was a 3rd floor room, and the shower room was said to have to go down to the basement level. Going back and forth is very uncomfortable. Although it is close to the station, you have to walk 15 minutes to the main station, Shinagawa Station. Unless you plan to stay as an international student for a long time, accommodation is not recommended. I tried to refund because I couldn't accommodate 3 people in a 1 pyeong room, but it was impossible to get a refund even though other guests had the same conditions. Looking at other reviews, they say they are friendly, but in the end, it seems like I paid all the money and didn't receive even the minimum guarantee. If you are particularly sensitive to hygiene and soundproofing, just pay 30,000 won more and stay at a nearby hotel with better conditions. There are many good business hotels.

The rooms are pretty good, but you have to wait a long time to take a shower.

Amazing staff from the begging until check out (they even help me carrying my luggage to the 4th floor since there is no elevator). Clean and nice private room actually pretty big bed and was comfortable to sleep in. The little desk in the room was very convenient but the chair was hard wood and pretty small. The train station is Kitashinagawa Station local 1 stop to Shinagawa where you can transfer to must places. Very nice staff even recommended places to eat. 10/10

the hostel is really closed to the station, no need to cross the footbridge, nor stair, nor tunnel, just 3 mins walking is fine. Plenty of Local train to get back to Shinagawa station and even convenience to HND airport. Also, 3 supermarket within 3 mins walking and family mart is just 10 feet far. You may find some visitors from europe there, and the japanese staff there is with fluent english (even non-asia accent). It is really a good choice if you wish to stay a night before taking the early flight from HND. Just a little problem, the room is bit narrow and might keep accidentally hit the wall and make some noises to the next room.

I didn't have high expectations since the place was quite cheap. But the friendly of the staff, the cleanliness of the place and the location 2 blocks from the train station met all my expectations. They made me feel safe by providing me with all the information on the train schedules. If they did not know, they did the search to provide me with the information. Each of the young people who work in that place are very friendly, energetic people with very good vibes... a highly recommended place, I definitely would stay there again.
