Nice hotel. Clean rooms. The room is really small as is the bed, but two people could easily fit on it. We didn't take breakfast, so I can't say anything about it. The staff doesn't really speak English, but they have an electronic translator, so it's quite possible to have a conversation. The subway is close - Kanda station, from which many lines go in different directions. There is also another subway station nearby that is not part of JR. Smoking is not allowed in Tokyo, only in specially designated areas, so you need to book a room for smokers, or ask the staff for a map of these special areas. There are also many coffee shops and establishments nearby to have a snack and drink delicious coffee, as well as FamilyMart stores at every step, where you can also buy food.

It was close to the station and downtown, and there were many restaurants nearby, so it was very convenient.

The transportation is very convenient. The room is small but the space is compact and the utilization rate is high. It is better than Keio Presso Inn in Hamamatsucho

The location is good as it is close to two metro stations.
It rained a lot when I went, but it was nice that there were umbrellas for guests on the first floor.
