The room we were in was quite small, even for Tokyo. It was more like a business hotel. I would not stay there next time.

Perfect service and location. Registration staff are polite and professional. Walking distance to the metro going to the city and the airport.

Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! Staff are nice and polite. Room I stayed in was spacious vs the usual Tokyo hotel, with fully functioning amenities. The hotel came with everything I needed, including a laundry machine. Around a 3-4 min walk to the nearest station, with multiple konbini, restaurants, and izakaya around the area. Will recommend!

Good location close to Asakusabashi Station of Sobu Line. With that you can directly go to Shinjuku. Akihabara is just one Station away or also in walking distance. The Metro goes directly to Oshiage/Skytree. And there are even direct trains via Keisei Access line to/from Narita. The public bath was nice. Rooms are typical small. Ok for one. With 2 persons in standard double and a lot of luggage it would be cramped. A little more space for luggage or small cupboard would be nice. Otherwise perfectly fine for its price.

Traveling by car from the outskirts of Tokyo to the city center, I chose the Route Inn in Asakusa. The price was very cheap and it was close to the subway station. Parking cost 2,000 yen a night, and there was staff assistance. Unfortunately, I accidentally clicked on the wrong smoking room when booking, but the staff said that the non-smoking rooms were full, so it was not comfortable when I checked in, and the smell of smoke was very strong. The overall situation is very ideal, and there is enough space in the room to open a large suitcase. Great value for money!

I stayed in this hotel for 5 days in Tokyo. 1) The room is too big and too small. 2) The beds are all regular single beds or double beds. 3) Convenient transportation. The location is close to Ueno, Sensoji Temple, Shinjuku and Ginza. 4) You don’t need to change trains to Haneda Airport, just 580. Just choose the right car. I changed the car when I came. It was wrong. It was slow and expensive. 5) The buffet breakfast was rich. 6) There is a large bathhouse where you can take a bath at night. 7) There are many Japanese locals living there.

The price-performance ratio is super high, the breakfast is rich and nutritious, and the hotel has its own hot spring♨️, which is super refreshing after a day of fun. The front desk gave Ermu silver coins🪙 which can be exchanged for drinks in the vending machine👍👍

The location is relatively remote and the price/performance ratio is average. It is recommended to stay in Asakusa as the area is too remote.

Clean and tidy. I went to the bath on the second floor several times and it was very comfortable.
