The hotel location is very convenient and easy to reach. There are many restaurants and convenience shops nearby. The hotel room is spacious for 3 persons (2 adults & 1 child) and we can open our two baggages easily. However, the refrigerator is not cold enough as we find the ice-cream melts.

This is actually the most vibrant location in Shinjuku right now, a new precinct with plenty of new quality restaurants at a reasonable price. Plenty of space at the lobby, staff was nice and l was allocated 18/F, room is almost new and clean, although small is very cosy and the bathroom is surprisingly comfortable with Japan style bath. Just don’t have breakfast at the hotel there’s plenty of food around.

Brilliant location to explore Tokyo. Shinjuku is crazy lively at night.

Hotel is convenient for who wants to save money and is traveling alone and with few luggage. But the room is very small, specially the toilet. Toilet needs better cleaning and change the shower bath curtains. Walls also dirty.

It’s at the center of the busiest area of Shinjuku where you can enjoy night life with food and drinks. I especially feel very excited because I play the game Yakuza which background is built with reference to the district.

The location is good. 7-Eleven on the ground floor. There are lots of eateries around the hotel. Easy access to Shinjuku Station. Booked a twin room. Room size is just right. Towels are changed daily, but room cleaning is initiated by the guest if required. Otherwise, room makeup is done for about every 3 nights of stay.

As I used a midnight flight to arrive in Tokyo, I was not able to check in by the time we arrived at the hotel. The staff helped me and my friends arrange a nearby room and helped us move our suitcase to our room. This is an eco-friendly hotel: they only clean the room upon request for visitors who are staying for more than 3 nights. Visitors have to stick a card on the door to indicate whether they want their room to be cleaned. Blue card means that visitors do not want cleaning service, new towels, 2 bottles of water, and 2 new toothbrushes will be packed in a bag and hung on the door. Yellow card means that visitors want a cleaning service, the bathroom is cleaned, and bed sheets are changed. No card stuck means that the visitors wished to have the trash can emptied and new towels, bottles of water and new toiletries placed inside the room. There is also a laundry room located in the 8/F lobby. There are also many restaurants, and convenience stores nearby. The staff speak perfect English, so no worries about the language barrier.

The location is perfect with many restaurants and shops around , just a bit messy at night time .

The location is quite convenient, with it being less than a 10-minute walk from Shinjuku station. The surrounding area has a very lively and active nightlife. While the room itself is compact, the bathroom is relatively spacious and well-equipped. The service provided at the hotel was good.

Very convenient, minutes from JR Shinjuku Station and just steps away from numerous restaurants and shops surrounding the hotel. Reception is on the eighth floor, checking in and out is easy. Room is compact with small window, but clean and up to date. Loved the Godzilla displays. Enjoyed my stay, would definitely stay here again.

Well located in the heart of Shinjuku - there is plenty of eateries around and also has a Donki very close by Our room on the 14th floor overlooked the Godzilla head (but the outdoor area was closed) so this is probably the closest we can get to the head Cool scene of a Godzilla battle on the 8th floor of the building before we enter the hotel lobby Rooms are cleaned every 3 days and they provide a daily change of towels so that's not too bad Size was a bit smaller than expected but bathroom was large and well equipped

Good service from hotel staff. Location is in the middle of the night life area of Shinjuku which was really hectic most nights, but great if that's your thing. Room was great, it was small but too be expected for Japan. Only issue we had was with the luggage delivery service associated with the hotel (operates from the lobby each morning), which damaged both of our bags during transit to Kyoto.

The service of this hotel is good. The location is excellent, with the Kabukicho Ichiban Street and the bustling area of Shinjuku in the front. Restaurants, pharmacies, tax-free shops, convenience stores and subway stations are all very close. The breakfast at the hotel is worth a try, and the check-in and check-out process is very easy.
