The staff there are super nice and can speak great English. The hotel is close to a train station and there are convenience stores and restaurants nearby. I will stay at the same hotel if I travel to Tokyo again. Thank you for their hospitality.

Great stay at this hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room design was intuitive for our family and very clean and spacious.

Love the room layout for our family of 4. Hotel had a boutique feel to it and very clean. It’s not the most convenient location if you like to be within steps of a train station or markets but we didn’t mind the 10-15 minute walk to start and end our days.

Room is good, service is good, Unfortunately there is no view to outside the room. It’s like a room with no windows. We asked and all the rooms are like this. Being able to see outside the room is very important for us..

Staff was friendly. Cooking equipments are for rent (no cost). Ideal accommodation for family (especially with kids). My only opinion is that the size of table & chairs is a bit too big (we stayed in the Japanese apartment) considering family usually has multiple suitcases. Having said that, the size of room is very good compared to other accommodation in the area.

The room was superb, equipped with a microwave oven and kitchenware. It's conveniently located near amenities like Family Mart, making it easy to enjoy local meals. The neighborhood is peaceful and tidy, making it an ideal place for a relaxing getaway. Moreover, it's within manageable walking distance of popular attractions.

The service staff is very friendly, the location is very quiet, very close to Ueno Park, and there are many delicious restaurants nearby. There is also a 24-hour supermarket, which is very convenient.

The front desk responded fluently in English, explained clearly, and provided good service👍🏻 The hotel is very conveniently located, only 2-3 minutes away from Inaricho Subway Station. It takes two stops to Sensoji Temple and two more stops to the Skytree. The room has plenty of space. This time I stayed in a Japanese-style apartment, which includes a small kitchen. If you like to cook, you can buy ingredients from the nearby supermarket🤤 The air conditioner seems to only blow to one side, but the air conditioner is cool enough. The hygiene situation is good. There is a lot of dust on the bathroom exhaust fan. It would be better if it was wiped clean. Overall excellent stay experience👍🏻👍🏻

It is a chain apartment hotel with large rooms, which is rare in Japan. It is suitable for family travel. The front desk service is very good and luggage can be stored for free.

The hotel has Chinese-speaking front desk staff. Due to changes in my itinerary, I asked the hotel staff to call and cancel the restaurant I had originally booked. The service was very good and I am very grateful to them.
