Nice location. Safe place i must say. But the walls are very thin. But okay for the price

The location is perfect, near stations, stores and tourist attractions but the toilet was kinda smelly, we had to buy our own air freshner. Overall rating, 8/10.

Too far from the station that I have to ride a taxi...however this hotel is indeed clean and has an accommodating staff...

Service-wise, it was not as bad as the negative reviews says it to be. I guess it really depends on the person. It was fine for me. Cleanliness, not that great in the toilet, i mean it’s acceptable if you are only using it as a place to sleep and thats it. The building is old, so you cant really expect it to be similar to other typical japanese hotels. Location was great, it was walkable distance to shinjuku and had lots of convenient stored nearby.

Compact rooms in a good location, close enough to Shinjuku. Free coffee and tea at the lobby area.

It was old hotel for couples, price was reasonable

hotel is within walking distance of metro. but it is just one metro. but there is no air con, with staff being of a i dont care attitude. Also, very noisy at night even on the 9th floor. free slippers comb hot water are some plus.

It was not so bad as it rated here. The staff was super helpful, they have luggage service and sent our luggage to the next stop. The location was perfect! The room is not very fresh and new but it is ok enough to stay in
