Good price and clean room. Room was quite small but ok to stay. Cleaning service only while l available 2 times in a week (Mon and Thu).

Had a fantastic experience at Hotel SUI Kanda! The staff were friendly and proficient in English, which made communication easy. The wine session over the two days was enjoyable, and my mom especially loved it.

Great location. 5 mins walk to jr station. Room was clean. Staffs were nice and helpful. Just the room size was a bit small.

Overall, we are satisfied with our stay. 1. Location is accessible with 10mins walk fr Kanda St. 2. F & B is pretty generous though simple. 3. Room size smaller than actual picture in App. 4. Procedures check-in & out is easy & smooth.

Hotel location is near train station and service was excellent

Near metro. Have decent amenities especially with free drinks and food at certain timings. Staff are helpful and willing to answer any queries you have.

Very bad experience. The air conditioner defaults at 28 degree celsius. It is super hot and get sweat and tiny hotel. It makes my son got fever due to the freaking high room temperature. I don’t recommend and suggest to take this hotel in my list. Even I complain three or four times. It is useless.

We enjoyed our stay. Walking distance for JR Kanda station. Lots of eateries around Kanda station. Family mart and pharmacy within 150m radius. Clean room with hospitable and service oriented front desk staff. Hotel did look short handed during our stay in early Nov 22 as staff were busy multi tasking mending check in, pantry and kitchen. They were excellent! Dinner needs some variation though or best to be omitted from online booking.
