Great location, within 5 mins from Mita subway station. The hotel room is clean but a bit small (like most of other hotels in Tokyo). It’s also close to supermarket and good restaurants around there too. Overall a nice hotel

Excellent location . Since This is my first time to travel by JR rail and also Mita subway. The Front desk has very fluent English and Mandarin to teach me how to go to nearest Mita subway Station. Very sincere and enthusiastic service. Also lots of restaurants around hotel. I have tried traditional Japanese pub, 24 hour self serve Ramen Shop, Canton Woton noodle. Also has big LIFE supermarket, Lawson downstairs. Will certainly introduce to my friends if they want to come to Tokyo Japan. Thanks for having a good time in your hotel.

this hotel was a life saver. had to make a very last minute booking and so thankful that this hotel was available. reached there very early in the morning but the staffs greeted us with a smile. you can’t get a better hotel in that area. its the nearest to the train station and the service is tiptop!

Direct access to mtr station. Restaurant nearby. Staff is warm n polite, Eng ok. Bkfast has enough selection n can order egg omelette, waffle n pancake

The environment is OK, very close to the subway station. There are many restaurants downstairs. The first room was noisy, and it took a long time to change rooms. Ctrip customer service helped me solve it, and the second room experience was very good

The hotel I chose is awesome! I looked at all the hotels and found that they all had to stand in the bathtub to take a shower, which was really disgusting. Only this one had a shower, and the water was really strong and strong! I chose it really well! And there is a subway downstairs, which is very convenient for travel! It is also very convenient to take a taxi and park to the hotel. There is a special parking lot on the first floor for waiting for pick-up. The room size is also suitable! It is not as crowded as other hotels in Japan with a dozen square meters! I will stay here again next time I come to Tokyo!

The breakfast is very good. The location is good. The executive restaurant is good. The best pullman I have ever stayed in is next to a shopping mall. There are office areas next to the pullman, but the privacy is good. The breakfast is very good, much better than in France.

The room is not small. Compared with European and American hotels, there are many European and American waiters at the front desk. The hotel is very close to the JR line, and it takes less than ten minutes to walk there. There is a 711 and a place to eat next to the hotel, which is very convenient. The only drawback is that the breakfast is very simple, so if you have high requirements for breakfast, you may consider not eating in the hotel.
