The hotel is only 5 minutes away from Tokyo Station, making it 10 minutes convenient to go anywhere. There are many department stores and restaurants nearby, which is very suitable for people who love shopping. Convenience stores are also nearby. The hotel provides free coffee and soft drinks from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. It is very considerate that you can enjoy a frozen drink when you return to the hotel after shopping in the hot summer. The hotel staff are polite and friendly, and there is no problem in communicating in English if they don't understand Japanese. In terms of rooms, three people can stay in a double room with an extra bed. It will not be too crowded and can open three 29-inch beds. However, the bathroom only has a shower and no bathtub, so it doesn't matter to us who don't take a bath in the hotel. The shower room and toilet are separated from wet and dry areas. I personally like this design very much.

Nothing wrong except for minor issues

Very satisfied with this hotel, the main recommendation is its location, very convenient! Very close to Tokyo Station and Nihonbashi Station, within ten minutes walk to the train! Secondly, the size of the room is relatively large compared to other hotels! The only thing to note is that since their hotel has two suites connected together, if two people stay in this room, the hotel will lock the middle door and the guests cannot open it. Overall, it is highly recommended!

Very satisfied. The location is quite good, one intersection away from Tokyo Station, and it is flat, without steps. It is very friendly to us who need to carry luggage from Tokyo Station. The hotel facilities are also very new. Although the room is not big, the space is used very reasonably, with dry and wet separation, many mirrors, and no crowding when putting on makeup and trying on clothes. There is also a beverage bar in the lobby, with coffee and hot water, which is very considerate to the Chinese stomach. I will choose to stay here next time.

位置極佳，方便前往成田機場，可搭鐡路或大巴，我選乘大巴便前往對面馬路的鋼鐵大廈上車，輕鬆方便。 大堂有welcome drink and snack bar，還有微波爐方便回來翻熱食物。另外最重要有洗衣房，設於三樓，前台職員知我有需要洗衣服，還特登安排了與洗衣房同層，真是細心安排，在此非常感謝！ 房間算濶落，三人三張床，加床的床褥也舒適，並不是梳化彈簧床，這也是加分原因。 乾濕分離，沐浴品也是pola，非常貼心。 另外酒店行幾步落鐵路地庫有地下街及郵局，極之方便，不同食肆及商店可行。 下次回程也必選這間酒店。
