Hotel is located on a quiet street and is within a short walk of numerous public transport options so it was ideal for us. The room was extremely small but it was very clean and efficiently designed to make the most of the limited space. Staff were very friendly.

The hotel can check in one hour in advance, and a fee of 1,200 yen (tax included) will be charged; luggage can be stored; the room is relatively small and crowded, especially the bathroom. A plump girl will be a little unable to turn around, and bathing will be a bit cramped; There are disposable towels available, the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel smell good, and the hair dryer is a little weak. Hotel B1 has a hot spring bath (I didn’t try it because I was on my period, so I won’t comment)

The rooms are not big and the price is considered an advantage in Tokyo, 5-10 minutes walking distance from the Tetsuya station.
The only drawback is on the ramp, there are ten steps up the hotel, there is luggage to test arm strength.
Mainly cheap, good hygiene, and ice cream and coffee all you can eat.
The attitude of the front desk is very good.
There is no problem with direct rental car pick-up and drop-off for more people.

theb hotel has always been a cost-effective choice, and the rooms are relatively uniform and ok to live in. Let's talk about the advantages first. The service is very good, the supplies are very complete, including makeup remover and lotion, etc., and the free coffee, tea, ice cream are all very good. The hot spring facilities downstairs are also great, super value! It's just that the peak period is close to 11-12 o'clock, there are many people, and you have to queue for the shower. The only nearby attractions are the Dome and the University of Tokyo, which is not a core tourist area, and the environment is relatively quiet.
Let's talk about the shortcomings. The breakfast is very bad. The paid breakfast is actually a set meal. For boys, it is completely not enough to eat (see picture), which is equivalent to eating lonely. It would be more satisfying to order breakfast here instead of going to the cafe to eat by yourself. This is obviously a bit of a pit. Then there is a leak in the window of the room. In the winter, the window book is close to the bed, and you can clearly feel the cold wind blowing in. In the end, I had to use towels and pillows to block the window as much as possible to sleep, so it is not recommended to live there in the cold weather. It's a bit painful. There is also a very low sofa in the room, which is basically unusable at ordinary times. You can't stand up after sitting down. You can only sit on the bed and the only chair. Finally, the transportation is a bit inconvenient. It takes about 300 meters to walk to Suidobashi subway station, and 550 meters to Hongo-Sanchome subway station. It is really a bit tiring. In addition, Suidobashi subway is a Toei subway, and the tickets are not compatible with many other subway lines. You have to go out of the station to transfer, which means you have to buy 2 subway tickets for transfer. The JR line of Suidobashi is not the Yamanote Line, so you have to go to Shinjuku to transfer at various major stations, which is not very convenient.

It's not as unclean as mentioned on the Internet. The hot spring pool is also well maintained. The people at the counter are also very friendly. It's very close to the Dome. The Mita Line is the closest, but you have to climb stairs. It's inconvenient if you have big luggage. It takes about a while to walk to JR. 5 points more. It’s very close to Mita Noodles Shop across from the Dome. Apart from the constant sound of closing at night, it’s generally a good choice with good quality and low price~

The service attitude is quite satisfactory! And the accommodation is also very satisfying! At the same price, I feel that if I have money, I would rather spend it here than in China.

The room is very clean. 22 square meters is already very big. There is a large bathing pool on the first floor. The water is very clean. There is also free ice cream on the first floor. The breakfast every morning is also very nutritious. The hotel is located between Suidobashi and Hongo Sanchome. Suidobashi is closer. There is a delicious beef bowl restaurant at Exit A2. The overall performance of the hotel is excellent and cost-effective. I will consider staying here next time

It was really good!! I wanted to use it spaciously, so I intentionally reserved a 4-person room and used it for two people, but I think it would be enough for four people to stay, too!! It was especially great because there was a large bath!! It was great for relieving fatigue... and it was also great for reducing swelling in the morning. The location was also good because it only took about 30 minutes to go anywhere, like Shinjuku, Ikebukuro, Ginza, and Shibuya. There's also a Don Quijote and Tokyo Dome within a 5-minute walk!! I highly recommend it 😍😍

The hotel is located close to Suidobashi Station, but there is a short walk uphill.
The room has ample space and is clean and tidy.
In addition to bathing facilities, ice cream and ice cream are also provided, and the service is considerate.

First time staying at this hotel.
You can take the Toei Line subway and get off at "Suidobashi" station. The nearest is Exit A6. But please note that the road leading to the hotel is uphill, not flat.
There are about ten stairs in front of the hotel's main entrance. Since we are all girls, it was a bit difficult to carry our luggage up these stairs. A Japanese male employee at the front desk quickly came out to help us carry our luggage up. Very good service. 🥰🥰
The room is spacious and the facilities are very clean.
Free ice cream is also provided in the evening. The ice cream machine is in the lobby with at least 5-6 flavors to choose from. The ice cream is homemade so it's fun. 🍦🍦🍨
Another great thing is that this hotel also has a small hot spring that guests can use for free. ♨️

A good value for money choice with convenient transportation. I will come again next time! Even in China, it is at the level of a five-star hotel. The hotel room is quite large, which is not easy in Tokyo. The hotel has a self-service washing machine and microwave, which is very convenient. The convenience store and restaurant downstairs are not expensive.

I stayed here for a live performance at Tokyo Dome. It was less than a 5-minute walk from the dome and there was a convenience store on the way, so it was very convenient. The front desk staff were very kind and I was able to stay there with peace of mind.
