So happy that during New Years Day they surprised us with a small cup of soba noodles as it’s a tradition for their guests.

Location is great. Our room is small and tight, meaning a bit expensive for what we paid. No room cleaning for 3 nights with no discount on price. Breakfast is nice but not much variation if you stay longer. Staff has to use translation device for English communication.

Nice location, lots of restaurants in walking distance, and the place was clean and comfy

The location is great. Close to the metro and has a few nice restaurants around. Lawsons around the corner is a godsend. The staff is very friendly, polite and helpful.

The room was very clean and the bed big enough for two people. The bathroom was a bit too small for a 1.80m person but manageable if you take care of your knees~

Really like their location! Very near to metro. However do take note that they only clean the room every 3 days, not the daily housekeeping like the hotel. Their breakfast is also very basic and repeating

Small but ok

You can see the hotel as soon as you get out of the subway station. The location is convenient, but there is construction going on around the hotel during your stay. The room is spacious and the facilities are pretty good. The front desk service needs to be improved. Breakfast is paid, but only the guests can buy it, and outsiders cannot use it (since it is paid, it can be open to the public).

Although it is small, it has everything. The facilities are very clean and it is very convenient to travel. There are food all around, so you don't have to worry about being hungry even if you come back late. It is suitable for people who just want to sleep at night instead of enjoying the hotel. If there is a disadvantage, it is small. A 28-inch large suitcase cannot be opened. I always pack it on the bed with a sheet.

Very satisfied, the sound insulation is very good, there was construction at the door but no sound after entering the room. The environment near the port area is quite good

It's a convenient business hotel, but it's a little difficult to get to due to construction work being carried out nearby.

The bed mattress was very hard and I couldn't sleep. It was tough for 2 nights. I didn't get enough sleep. It affected my work.
