The complimentary soft drink and coffee machines were nice. They also provide a variety of bread for a light breakfast. The staff was helpful and used to assisting foreign travellers. The hotel is a bit of a walk from the station but is located within 15 minutes of several different locations and there are many convenience stores nearby. We were very pleased with the price and the quality.

Wonderful place for value stay. Breakfast offered is bread, bun and coffee but does fairly good job in providing value stay for really good service. Bed & bathroom sparking clean so would highly recommend.

The staff is very friendly and speaks good English. We checked in late midnight and they are very attentive to us. The coffee and drinks in lobby are free for guests and they even have mini complementary breakfast for us to enjoy. It’s near to the metro station and walking distances to the Tokyo tower. Definitely will stay again if travel back to Japan!

Fresh, clean hotel in Tokyo. We love the fact that it’s newly renovated so from the lobby to the hotel room everything just looks new and feels new and smells so good. The lobby has free drinks, unlimited coffee, water, ice, juice drinks. They also have free tea, sugar, milk and you can use the bread toasters in the morning to toast the free bread they give for free. They have free toiletries and you can get as much as you want. Fresh towels everyday should you request for it. Cleaning services are not done on a daily basis. Friendly staff. Clean and cute bathroom. They have wide manga collection in the lobby and guests can read them. Only downside is that it’s a bit far from train stations.

This is a small business hotel located in a quiet neighborhood. Rooms are small but well equipped with everything that you need. It takes about 10 min to walk to Shimbashi station. This may be a good place to crash for a few nights near city center.

I was amazed by the amenities they had. It was so clean during our stay. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

Great central location, accessible and great food options

Very clean, nice room, wonderful staff. Staff speaks English well. Free non alcoholic beverages in the lobby was a nice surprise. Highly recommend this hotel.

The location of this hotel is actually quite good! It is quiet and prosperous~ The hotel is very quiet at night and I slept very well; The hotel is also very close to restaurants outside, just a big road away; I highly recommend this place, the service attitude is very good!

The room was not cleaned well enough, and there was dust on the handrail behind the bed. The room was very small, and the 26-inch suitcase could not be fully opened. The front desk service was very good. The location was also very good. You can take the Asakusa Line directly to Narita Airport.
