location was good (had many different lines to choose from), room size was not bad given the usual hotel sizes in tokyo, toilet size was decent as well, check in was smooth, had to pay a small tax fee (200yen per pax) upon checking in. only issue i had with this place is that the wifi was terrible

Good location in Ginza district and close to train stations. But facilities in room (the larger room in hotel) is really bad - doesn’t have a safe box, no cupboards or drawers, hardly any TV channels for foreigners, etc.

Stay 2 nights. Hotel is located 15+mins walk from Tokyo station. Check in was fast. Room is small as expected but clean. Toilet with bathtub is clean. Nearest convenience store is less than 2 mins walk. Area not as bustling with shops closed as early as 7pm. Overall nice place to stay if distance and food is not a priority.

Love the location of the hotel which is close to restaurants and shopping district. The only negative experience we had was that when we arrive to our room it seems like someone had used the bathroom and forget to flush. The bathroom was not cleaned properly which me questioned the cleanliness of our room. The room was a little bit tight.

Nice hotel! Although it is relatively thin, it has enough space! Moreover, the 1.2m bed is large and comfortable. The overall feeling is good. It is a pleasant experience. I stayed in the twin room with my friends~

The location is great and very convenient

It can be said that this is a hotel with a very poor experience. For safety and traffic reasons, I chose this hotel for my trip to Tokyo in early February. The price was nearly twice the usual price, nearly 6,000 for five nights. As soon as I checked in, I discovered a lot of problems. The bathroom smelled bad, the utensils were very old, and the place to hang clothes could only barely hang a down jacket. After I reported it to the front desk, the front desk said that they could not change rooms when the room was full, and they had a bad attitude. At around 10:00 the next morning, the cleaning staff knocked on my room no less than three times. I stayed here for five nights and there was no need to urge me to check out. Why were they disturbing my rest? After I told the housekeeping staff to come back in at least half an hour, I came back to my room in the evening and it was completely uncleaned. I'm really angry...I've never experienced anything like this. So I told the front desk more seriously that not only did I not solve the bathroom smell problem today, but I also didn't clean the room. So the front desk changed me to a room, but the room still had a peculiar smell, so the hotel's hygiene was very problematic. But I arranged for a cleaner to clean the bathroom the next day, and there was no smell at night. The most outrageous thing happened. On the fourth day, a piece of my clothes disappeared out of thin air in the guest room. 😅😅😅Although they came back after I talked to the cleaning staff before checking out on the last day, the whole thing still left me speechless. All in all, this is a hotel with poor facilities, service and hygiene. Only the location is okay.

The room in this hotel is very small, but the location is very good. It is very convenient to go to Haneda Airport and Narita Airport, and there are also limited express trains. Just near the hotel. And you can reach Ginza on foot. After you go shopping, it's very convenient to take it and put it in your room. It's also convenient to take a rest when you're tired from shopping. The breakfast is very average and not recommended. There are many ramen shops and restaurants at the door. It's easy to get there on foot. There is also a Michelin restaurant in front of the hotel. To smoke, you need to go through three intersections to go to the smoking area🚬

I asked customer service to provide two more pillows but was refused. The room was a bit small and there was almost no place to walk after putting down two luggages. The toilet was clean and the cleaning staff would clean it every 3 days.

Really... it's so small... It's so small that it's breathtaking. The facilities are so-so, but the location is really great... Well, for the price, it's all right.
