工作人員服務態度非常惡劣，check in 時要求我們要付費，我們不明白付費的內容，她的英語亦不佳，最後我問是否要交住宿稅？因為很多國家都有此類型的稅項，她說是，如果一開始時就說明國家要求旅客要付嘅情況就不會發生誤會，昨天晚上我們詢問一下可否late check out ,櫃檯的女職員說不可以，法定時間早上11點，我們要求11:30到12點，因為有車來pick up去機場，如果真是有客人要入住我們願意11點就交房，那位櫃檯小姐大發慈悲給我們半小時到11:30 ，但更強調如果遲過11:30會馬上charge我哋放租。房間內容上次已經投訴過，不過在這裏在講一次，黃金非常之細小，在房間內走動碰到床角及其他位置嘅頻率高，不明白為什麼步入洗手間有一個梯級差不多三尺高？房間設施沒有電視，沒有電話，如遇到緊急事情如何報告大堂？ 酒店對客戶應該令所有入住的外國朋友享受到舒適溫馨的絕代，本身條件已經差我只房間方面，其實其他公眾地方都也是日本再加上如此惡劣的工作人員收費亦都不便宜，我絕對不會推薦給任何親友。

The room wasn't particularly large, but that wasn't a problem. There were plenty of electrical outlets, so we didn't have to fight over them.
The best thing was the service from the front desk. They were very nice.
The soundproofing was also perfect, so I was able to sleep well. I recommend it ^_^
