It was a very convenient location and had a hot bath as well. Great service n front desk was very helpful. Great location for shopping and if you go see kabuki at the Kabukiza close by

Everything is good but the room size is super small opening more than 1 luggage will require some creativity. Breakfast was beautiful

Room was as expected, not many English channels on the tv. The coffee in breakfast isn’t good, it is much better in your Kyoto property. How can we be a member?

Good location in the heart of Ginza, next to the higashi ginza station which is directly accessiable from Haneda and Narita airport.

Stayed in the 3 bedder room. Nice and comfortable bed… still have space to open. 3 x check in baggage… No doubt the most convenient location, walking distance to Tsukiji market , stone throw away from Ginza walking street …. Ginza line right below the hotel, accessible to ueno, Shibuya and aksakusa

Hello there, I write this email because I had a very bad experience on my first night at the hotel. I have booked two rooms from February 1st to February 4th. Room numbers are 603 and 604. I want to complain about the front desk clerk who was on duty late at night of February 1. On the night of February 1(about 11:30 pm.), I called the front desk to ask if there was a quilt because my family caught a cold and felt cold. The front desk clerk said no, only blankets, and I accepted the blankets. However, the waitress who wearing glasses(don’t her name) had a real bad attitude when she delivered blankets to the door. My dad opened the door because he could not communicate in foreign languages, so this waitress waited at the door for 20 seconds. During the 20 seconds, my dad talked to me and asked me to talk to the waitress. Because the blankets given to me did not look new, my family wanted to a quilt cover on blankets . When I talked with her, she did not understand what I meant. I have translated it into English with my mobile phone, but she did not understand. At the end of the gesture, she understood the meaning but rolled her eyes at me, clearly impatient, I felt really uncomfortable. Finally, she went to get the duvet cover and gave it to me directly and just let us to put it by ourselves, which was the first time I had ever encountered this kind of service in a high-end hotel. In Japan, a country that is praised by all for its excellent service, customers need to put on their own duvet covers. This is the first time in all my years of staying in hotels. It is really disappointing. I am also very disappointed with the service of your hotel. For this waiteress, I need her apologizes for her attitude, her behavior made us feel bad all night. As a service industry, serving customers should at least respect customers, have patience and a good attitude then the hotel will be better and better. 这是我发送给酒店的邮件一部分,酒店至今没有回复,对于这个前台的服务员和我们讲话时表现出的不耐并且翻了好几次白眼,态度极其恶劣的情况也没有得到道歉。即便是地理环境还可以,以后也不会再住了,周边更好的酒店如此之多,我不会再选择一个影响客人心情的饭店。相比之下我会选择三井花园饭店,位置更好服务也更好。

very good location at reasonable price. room is a bit small, but this has been well advertised. the is a no thrill hotel - so every is expected to be basic. but i love that the hotel has an onsen.

The soundproofing effect of this hotel is very good and the room was very quiet, which allowed me to have a good rest. The service attitude of the hotel staff was very good, warm and thoughtful, and made me feel very welcome. The location of the hotel is also very good, with convenient transportation and many attractions and restaurants nearby. All in all, I like this hotel very much and highly recommend it!

Generally comfortable stay. Just disappointing with the check out. Got charged twice with my card. On my side, the bank reflected the deduction but on their side, the transaction didnt get through. The manager swiped again. Trsansaction went through and I got another deduction. ☹️ A few metro lines the hotel and there is a public bath for use. Late check up by hour (up to 2 hours) - paid 2000 yen for an hour. Hotel could accommodate 3 persons in one room. No water refiller but ice dispenser available

Very conveniently located and like all Japanese hotels mostly clean and functional. Supposed to do online check in using the machine but the front office staff helped and went out of the way to help me sort out some change of hotel room when I moved from a bigger room to a smaller room (when my family left earlier). Will give 5 stars for their assistance despite not looking very friendly - they were helpful. The onsen was normal haha but given its a city hotel -wouldnt expect too much

Everything is pretty good except that there isn't much of services available such as concierge and room service. A relatively simple hotel that is clean and has a good location. You also have the option for late check-out at a cost. But when the hotel is busy, they will not late check-out even if you are willing to pay extra.

Good location, worst smelling shampoo in my whole lifetime of staying in hotels. Stiff beds resulting in stiff necks all 4nights. Can stay here if you like stiff beds and weird smelling shampoos.
