Three friends went, and the short friend used the sofa bed!

Good location, right at the Sasazuka Station which is very near to Shinjuku. The room is very spacious considering the usual Japan hotel space. Clean and has complete amenities for your needs, cooker, washing machine, tablewares, fridge. There are also a lot of convenience stores downstairs, 7-11, lawson, walk to family mart. The room was not bad, most of the furniture are abit old. But the amenities that the hotel provided are good. The location is abit far from tourist area but the train station is really near so it is quite convenient, although we can here all the train that come and go.
