The facility is so modern with good quality, it is convenient to stay here by driving car as it provides car park of ¥2500 per night, overall it is a good hotel.

This is a bit off Shinjuku but you can always take a train. It was much more comfortable than the room we had in Shinjuku. Breakfast was good. I love the little garden around the hotel.

Lovely hotel, all clean and in a quiet area. Very soundproof room. It’s right between 2 subway lines and near a train which is great, however we did feel we had to take these every day as it’s not in the heart of any location.
The rooms feel TINY. Bathroom is excellent space but we were travelling for 3 weeks and struggled with just our two cases fitting in.
Breakfast is lovely too - big range of choice. We liked sitting in the gardens for breakfast too.
Fitness suite is good and clean but doesn’t have any free weights.
Service wise, the staff were nice. We were travelling for our honeymoon and staying for a week so we had expected a bit more of a fuss like in our other Japanese hotels but service was instead very transactional.
This is a good hotel but we’d stay more central next time (possibly Ginza region).

Very new hotel, area is very peaceful but it’s close to railway, a little bit noise, but not that bad. Every room has a balcony, to be honest, if they can use the balcony space back to the room, I’ll say, it’s even better! Anyway, hotel is very new and facilities are good!

Hotel is really good, although there was some miscommunications with staff. Soundproof on high level, but you better choose side where you see left side of the stadium, cuz even though it blocks out noise from hotel, sound from outside not 100%. Corner rooms are amazing, it's like a vacuum! But normal deluxe also ok. I enjoyed this hotel. Didn't have any other photo of the hotel lol

Didnt regret in booking this hotel. Love the surroundings, easy access to train station, friendly staffs and best of all the room has a good large balcony. The amenities provided in room are fantastic! They prepared pajamas and also skin care products! The drinking water packaging are of high standard too. Thank you for making my first visit to Japan a memorable one!!!! Will definitely return again on my next trip!!!

Though the location is not the best one, the environment is good with many large scale parks around.

Our stay at Mitsubishi Garden was great! The staff is very well trained, the amenities were fantastic, and the price was reasonable! For those who want to be in the center, close to all the shops, it might not be the best choice, but if you want great value and don’t mind being a 10-minute walk or one metro station away from everything (Shinjuku, Shibuya, etc.), then this hotel is for you!
I also really loved the sento (Japanese hot bath) on the 2nd floor and the gym. The rooms were great, and for those who might find the rooms small, they are much bigger than most Japanese hotels.

5/5 stay! Excellent location nearby the popular destinations like Shibuya, Shinjuku, Harajuku, Ginza, while also being out of the noisy crowds! Staff were always very friendly and helpful as well.

Modern & very clean room, spacious bathroom, decent space for luggage for Japan
The hotel itself was nice, and there was a bakery in the hotel that seems really good.
Great location near a station with easy commute to Shibuya or Shinjuku

Very nice hotel, good and friendly staff and service and good breakfast buffet. Stations of two metro lines are only a short walk away. High recommendationz!
