Shinjuku Washington Hotel Annex Reviews

I arrived late mid night last night but the hotel staff still help me with my luggage that I’ve stored here a month ago. They also answer all my questions too. Thanks

From the second night, the room temperature was higher and not feeling cool. So I had called front desk around 1:30am and asked if they were going to do adjustment for the air conditionertemperature.Unfortunately the male staff said there’s nothing they could do because it’s control by central so there’s nothing they can do about it. Then I need to turn on the strongest power of filter air machine to make the air circulation. So me and my husband wake up few times before the temperature is too warm and we’re sweating. So if the customer just like me afraid hot then I’m not really recommend.

The hotel room was surprisingly very large and cozy. The hotel lies less than 1 Km away from Shinjuku station. In 1st floor and B1 are plenty of restaurants and shops. The price is reasonable and I can only recommend this hotel. When I go to Tokyo next time, I'll definitely book this hotel again.

My first thought was the hotel room was a little small, but we got used to it. The bed was comfortable, the shower had good temperature and water pressure, the toiletries were available to grab in reception to take as needed. I also liked the magnet signs for the door to refuse cleanup service, ask for more towels, etc. It seemed the hotel was trying its best to meet certain SDGs, which was really cool. The hotel was a 15-20 minute straight line walk from Shinjuku station, so really good location. Would definitely stay here again!

Very good location. Easy to take airport limousine and shopping around. Triple room is enough for 3 people. Room is clean, nice and facililtis fulfill requirement. Resonable price to stay. This hotel is on my list for come back to stay again.

We like the location which is near Shinjuku station, 12 min walk getting from a super busy area to a quiet environment. The check in is very efficient with just a few minutes. The room Size is acceptable, we can open a large luggage.

To and from airport very convenience as the limousine stop next to the hotel if you have large luggage it is very good good good . But walk to the metro it needs 15 to 20mins. The room is very spacious . I love it.

Good location, close to shinjuku train station. We stayed at the annex building. Room has two big couches which i believed not necessary. It makes the room crowded leaving no more space to place our luggages and bags. Also the hotel is a bit old and we found it to be dusty, maybe bacause of old carpet floors. The rests are standard
