This is my second stay for three nights because I like that there are hot spring baths in the city. We can relax after shopping. The waiters are also courteous and friendly. We like the breakfast buffet in Shadian very much. The food is of high quality. The rooms in Shadian are clean and the location is great. It is quite convenient and suitable for a family to stay. I will choose this place next time I come to Tokyo.

Room was quite small but expected for a hotel in the city. Some of the reception staff were helpful but some were a little rude. Cleanliness was not really up to expections but given the high volume of people in the hotel, it seems like they cannot keep up with the cleaning. Was quite disappointed as our stays in another onyado nono hotel was an amazing experience hence we wanted to come back to the same chain again.

The girl at the front desk, please carefully study the details of each route in Tokyo, especially the route to Haneda Airport. You must not give random directions, which made me search for a long time at the intersection of Ginza Line Asakusa Station. (The hotel has a very simple tourist map near Sensoji Temple, and there is no Toei Line sign on the map),
