Good service great staying

Stayed here for a week as my usual hotel is full. Room was surprisingly comfortable, just a few steps away from Akasaka station

This hotel was perfectly good enough for me on my recent Tokyo trip. As expected, the room is small, but it’s modern and clean. Bed is comfortable enough but nothing incredible. Practically across the road from Akasaka station, so it’s very well-connected. Overall good value and good stay!

This was my first time staying here. The hotel informed me at check-in that I had been upgraded. The hotel was probably newly built, so it was very clean and tidy. Exit 2 from Akasaka Station on the subway is the closest, about a 2-minute walk away. Tameike-Sanno Station on the Ginza Line is also nearby, there is a 7-Eleven within 50 meters, and there are many restaurants, so it was very convenient.

It was good for two people to stay, and it was close to the station so it was easy to get around. The staff was friendly and nice. I will rest comfortably and leave.

The bed was large and the toilet and bathroom were comfortable, but there was no table, so there was no space to relax with a drink or work in the room, which was a bit of a problem. I was able to use the bar in the lobby below, so that made up for that. It was quiet and clean, so I'd like to use it again.

The room was relatively clean, but very humid, maybe because I lived on a lower floor. The transportation is very convenient, and many restaurants nearby are open until late at night. Considering that its price is very cheap, the price/performance ratio is excellent.

The room was pretty good. It was clean and looked new, but as the reviews said, there wasn't enough lighting. But the advantage is that it is also very quiet. I had a good sleep and the free croissant provided in the morning was also very delicious.

I strongly do not recommend this hotel to friends traveling to Japan. The location of the hotel is not good and the hygiene is also very bad. I booked a room for a few nights, stayed the first night, and checked out the next day. The hotel also deducted 20% of the charges for the second and third nights, which was really impressive. However, after reporting it to Ctrip, dedicated customer service has been helping to follow up. Although the hotel did not meet my request in the end, Ctrip subsidized it for me on its own. Thank you.

It just opened on 10/11/2023 and is very beautiful. The room is small, but the bathroom is separate and the location is great. There are plenty of amenities, and the pajamas are separate top and bottom. The reception was also great.

The subway is very close, so traveling is very convenient.
