The location is excellent, just a 4-minute walk from Shinagawa Station, and you can see Tokyo Tower outside the window. The room is relatively large for Tokyo. It is particularly rare to have two single sofa seats. You can have a sofa to rest on after a day of shopping. I particularly like the design of the toilet. The dry and wet separation is well utilized and it is very convenient to use. The only strange thing is that the hotel does not provide drinking water, which is relatively rare. Overall, it is a very cost-effective hotel!

Air conditioning needs to be provided always . Then it would be excellent stay . Breakfast very good
