Just Perfect… 9 out of 10, the location is besides US embassy, so there some policemen nearby, a little walk uphill if u’re from metro station. A bit Secluded, but it’s good for me to take a rest mind and soul here. The room is modern, i heard jist renovated around 5 years ago.. quite spacious, everthing good. Service was also okay, not superb, but all good…

The room is big and the hotel is very quiet. It takes about 5-10 minutes to walk to the subway station (depending on the walking speed). You can go directly to Ginza, Shibuya, and Sensoji without changing trains. There are restaurants and convenience stores around, so it is very convenient to eat. You can walk to Tokyo Tower in about 30 minutes. Drinks in the minibar are free, and there are also chips and nuts.

The hotel's decoration and other hardware facilities and hygiene are great, and the environment is very comfortable and cozy. However, the service is not a little different from the previous times... I don't know if there are too many guests recently and the staff can't take over. I have stayed here three times before, and the English of the front desk was very good. This time, only one person at the front desk spoke English fluently, but also stumbling. I sent an email to communicate about changing the room type, and the reply language was also very impolite and could not understand the meaning of the text. The hotel room is very good 👍 The bed is also very comfortable, all drinks are free, and the mango cheese is delicious. It's just that my wife didn't sleep well in the early morning, and I went downstairs just to get another room. Shockingly, it took an hour to check in... I don't know why she was so slow... It's outrageously slow! The whole hotel was so quiet at five in the morning, just her and me. Finally, a manager came and worked together to let me check in. I slept for 6 hours and checked out... 😔
