Perfect location with so much convenience. Excellent service at a reasonable price. Have an affection for the hotel‘s breakfast（1300 yen） and its artificial hot spring.

The location is good. The rooms are just too small. Can’t really move around, especially if you have big luggages.

Stayed together with my friend. The room type was random but quite nice. The hotel has public bath and free alcohol, but it’s hard to make your own alcohol mix.

Likes -Great location. 2 min walk to Iwamotocho and 4 min walk to Akihabara Station -Very quiet even though the hotel is close to the tracks Dislikes -The carpet was dirty (it was hard to clean - I believe the cleaning staffs already tried their best) -There were slippers but not disposable ones -The evening staffs were fluent in English but not the morning staffs. Might be challenging for international guests

It is a five-minute walk from Akihabara Station, with convenient transportation. The room is clean and tidy, very quiet and good for rest. The door uses a password lock, so you don't have to worry about forgetting the key. There is a sofa on the second floor for rest, tea and drinks are provided, and there are hot springs on the second and third floors. The cost-effectiveness is also very high, a good choice for business trips and travel.

The only problem with the room is that it is too small, but this shortcoming can be ignored in Japan. There are a lot of advantages. There are a lot of subway lines next to it. The Yamanote Line and the other two exits are quite close. The service in Japan is impeccable. We stayed for six days and did not ask the service staff to clean the room because the cleaning time was too early. We were a lazy self-guided tour and got up late. The hot spring is not big. There are three bathing positions, but it has never felt crowded. Basically, there is a seat when you go there. I didn't try the breakfast, but the drinks in the evening were very pleasant. We would come here every day to sit and drink some drinks. The location is very good. Even if you are not interested in the second dimension, you can stay here. There is a welcome drink, but the time is quite limited. I saw a review that the TV response was poor, but there was no problem with my room. Since I'm a foreigner, I didn't use the large public bath, so I have no comment on that part. The breakfast has a decent selection and seems to be fresh. It's been 12 years since I've stayed in Akihabara, and although it's fine for the price to rise, this time I got a place with no view at all, which is really disappointing. When I went to the front desk to pay the difference and ask for an upgrade, they immediately replied that they were fully booked for the day. The reservation site said that I couldn't choose the room type, just like my plan, but I was still able to make a reservation. I don't think I'll be able to return.

We stayed for 8 nights and did not change the sheets. However, the customer service would hang the towel on our door handle every day. The room is indeed small and the bathroom is small. However, because there is a male hot spring on the second floor and a female hot spring on the third floor, we go to the hot spring bathroom for bathing and washing our hair. It is spacious enough. Then, you can take a hot spring bath after washing. After playing and washing, we will go to the lobby on the second floor. There is always ice water, ice drinks, and coffee there. After replenishing water, we will go back to the room leisurely. Hahaha, it is very comfortable. There are also low-alcohol drinks from 8 to 10 pm. It is very considerate. There is also a microwave there to heat the food bought from the convenience store. It is very humane. Environment: The environment is quiet and the room is small But the curtains are tight to block the sun and it's quiet. The noise reduction of Japanese houses is really great. It doesn't affect my sleep until 10 am. There is a washing machine on the third floor for 200 yen per use. The dryer is free to use. Service: Very polite. The customer service greets with a smile. Sometimes when the elevator is opened on the second floor, the front desk staff will take the initiative to greet the elevator. This is really comforting. During our days in Tokyo, I also habitually nodded and bowed. Hahahaha, a little tired. Overall, I think this price is very worthwhile. Except for the small room, everything else is good.
