I appreciate the kindness of staff service to help out with information and to bring things we needed. The little added touches of ice water, little snacks at the bar counter and room items are a plus. Thank you for taking care of us during our stay.

The location is excellent, next to Tokyo train station, next to department stores and Tokyo underground shopping malls. The hotel staff are friendly and polite, and the facilities are complete!

Super clean hotel I've ever stayed. The hotel is near Tokyo station where I ate all meals near by the hotel, so convenient.

Amazing place, been coming back here at least 10 times now and it feels like home. Convenient location within Tokyo station and straight bus from both airports. Would definitely come back again.

Excellent location. Staff are very helpful. Very clean facilities, comfy beds and we loved the washing machine!

We found the room somewhat tired for the rate it charged. This was a repeat stay, unfortunately we had booked the one bedroom and separate lounge for our precovid stay, but this time , just an ordinary room, since we had 4 rooms for our family, so it was rather a disappointment this time. Not sure that we will stay at Oakwood premier again.

So good to have a washing machine inside the room so that we don’t have to pack too many clothes for daily changes.

You wont find a better service apartment in this prime location right next to tokyo station, the room is very nice and big with good view of the street, the sofa is very comfortable, i had a great experience with my 2 night stay, definitely recommend.

This is my third time staying here. Everything is just as great as before except that the airport limousine bus stop right downstairs this hotel is no longer there due to covid. I hope they will bring it back after Japan reopens completely!
