Amazing place, been coming back here at least 10 times now and it feels like home. Convenient location within Tokyo station and straight bus from both airports. Would definitely come back again.

We found the room somewhat tired for the rate it charged. This was a repeat stay, unfortunately we had booked the one bedroom and separate lounge for our precovid stay, but this time , just an ordinary room, since we had 4 rooms for our family, so it was rather a disappointment this time. Not sure that we will stay at Oakwood premier again.

You wont find a better service apartment in this prime location right next to tokyo station, the room is very nice and big with good view of the street, the sofa is very comfortable, i had a great experience with my 2 night stay, definitely recommend.

This is my third time staying here. Everything is just as great as before except that the airport limousine bus stop right downstairs this hotel is no longer there due to covid. I hope they will bring it back after Japan reopens completely!

This is the last hotel I stayed in during this trip to Japan. The location is really great, next to Tokyo Station and Daimaru Department Store, just a few minutes' walk away. There are all kinds of luxury brands in Daimaru Department Store, but it closes too early, so I didn't get to shop every night when I returned to the hotel. The hotel room is quite large and well-equipped, but the hygiene is not very clean. The sticky things left on the table in the morning are still on the table at night, and the toiletries are not returned. The room we stayed in faces east, and the curtains are not very tight, so it lets in light. Overall, it is a great experience.
