I use this hotel every month to go to Nihon University Hospital. When you leave the south exit of Tabata Station, which has a Showa retro feel, you'll walk up a hill with a lovely view of the sunset and it's on your left.
I take a walk to the nearest convenience store and buy a few things at Ronson while strolling around the old town. I arrive early and take the first bath and relax.
The room is very streamlined and has no wasted space, but I think it might be a bit small for larger people. I also look forward to the breakfast, which has a different menu each time.
If you're a train lover, you can enjoy watching the Shinkansen go by from a window seat while sipping coffee.
