It’s pretty good for the location and environment in this hotel.

Although check in time was 3pm thanks to the staff, I was able to check in early at 2PM without any additional cost. The facilities were great for the price and I was very satisfied and the bed was also very comfortable. 1000/10 😍

Poor service for Japanese standard. Would have much appreciate it if the hotel could’ve informed me earlier that I’m not allowed to put my baggage at the counter before check-in. I end up having to push my luggage up and down to find a locker

Receptionist did nothing when self check failed times Two families couldn’t be arranged on same floor since auto allocated. Any remarks in booking became useless. On Friday night, charge was double up to USD200 for 11m2. Comparing another one we stayed at BoBo. Room and bath room were much smaller. TV screen was broken not functional No tea nor coffee. They asked us to go out at midnight to buy at 7-11. Noise at corridor at midnight. Checkout at 1000 much earlier than others till 1200. No luggage storage after checkout.

Easy to do self checkin (kios), room was cleaned and tidy, location is closed to Shinjuku landmark.

The location was perfect. We loved it. We were able to check in and out by using a kiosk machine so it was really convenient. I recommend it.

Check in they didn’t even require passport and you just type your name in a terminal machine and they give you the room keys. Room was full of layers of dust everywhere, above the tv, in the corner ,in the oiler above the mirror. The a/c hasn’t been cleaned in ages because there was mold everywhere . This is more like a love hotel, lot of junkies and *********** living there . Bed was damaged already. Location is in the middle of the red light district so in the mornings the place surrounding is very dirty with trash .

Enjoyed my stay there. Polite staff and great location. About 16 minute walk to main Shinjuku station. Be aware that rooms are small, it's downtown Japan after all.

Have stay in the hotel for 3 weeks. Good location and many restaurant around.

Really nice hotel. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo.
