Room is abit small so you can only open one luggage at one time. However room is clean and you can select the type of housekeeping service you want!
Plus free coffee at lobby and drinks at specific hours! 👍

The location is excellent，It's right next to Sensoji Temple， many restaurants around are open late，It makes people dream back to the prosperous scene of Chang'an at night in the Tang Dynasty。I also have a free upgrade to a room with a view.

The view from our room is stunning, we are able to see the iconic building skytree, Asakusa temple, etc, good location close to underground railway, there are lots of restaurants nearby and you can try whenever you want, highly recommended local restaurants, food is insanely good.

High quality hotel with large rooms (18m2) next to Senso-ji with many amenities. Convenient to go everywhere by subways. We suggest to get Tokyo subway day pass (24, 48 or 72 hours). Nice free afternoon tea time you can have coffee, team and snacks and see Senso-ji and Tokyo Skytree fro Cafe windows. Excellent breakfast too. But the hotel entrance is a bit odd -- see photo

Richmond Hotel is great location from Asakusa subway line, was caught in the rain in the night fortunately the hotel have room to
Accommodate & the staffs even hand out towel to allow us to dry up & wait warmly at the lobby while they prepare the check in process. The hotel provide free coffee for all guests. Will definitely recommend those who are planning for Tokyo accommodation. 👏👏

The hygiene of hotel is still needs some improvement, as the first day of our stay was really so disappointed due to the hurry clean up of the bathroom I could discoverer when I first walked in to the bathroom. The toilet was still having some “dirt” left by the previous guest and there’s so hair on the floor!!

A premier version of the Richmond Hotel chain. Rooms are nice but small as is usual in Tokyo. Free drinks at lounge. Unfortunately far from the trains to and from airport, otherwise a good hotel stay.

Really good place with many shops and nice view of asakusa temple and skytree tower, except a little far from metro and JR station
nice breakfast and coffee, even better than intercontinental hotel

The location is great with many restaurants and bars nearby. This hotel is the one on the 5th floor, not to be confused with the nearby standalone building which is also called Richmond hotel.
