The view was immaculate, staffs were amazing and extremely friendly

Poor location, far away from metro station. Poor service during check in. Room and view are nice.

Be careful of the room type. If not the room with balcony, the view is not good.

The hotel is new & artistic , room is spacious & 5-8 minutes to Ginza area Service is just average as staff are not particularly helpful , concierge service is below standard too cafe staff are friendly & bfast is not bad

For a 5 star hotel, the hardware ia fine, nice room with views, big and clean, totaly satifised, but the breadfast is not good, with very limited choice, worse than many 4 star chain hotels, they told us the japanese breakfast sold out on the 2 days we stayed, that means we were left with no choice, not to mention we had to queue 15 mins just to enter on the 2 days also. Staff very friendly but just not proficient in english for normal communication, and feels just not up to expectations everytime.

Room is 5/5, location is 2/5, service is 5/5, breakfast very limited choice and everyday the same no change, if you stay more than two days suggest not to take breakfast option. No shuttle bus to airport which is very bad for a 5 star hotel in a not so convenient location. Staff very friendly and helpful, but not every staff speaks English.

A very unpleasant hotel experience. I chose a room with a balcony. My friend thought that smoking was allowed on the balcony. He cleaned up the cigarette butts before going out, but the service staff still found traces of smoking in the garbage, so he received a no-smoking sheet, which indicated that smoking might be punished. There is only a smoking area on the 16th floor of the entire hotel, and no other smoking area is allowed. So I told my friend not to smoke, and my friend did a good job. After staying for 5 nights, the hotel front desk (female) asked if I smoked in the room on the day of check-out. I replied that I was sorry. I didn't know that smoking was not allowed on the balcony before. I'm sorry. She didn't say much. I thought I could leave, but a man came over and told me that smoking in the room would cost 200,000 yen (typed this number on the calculator for me to see). I was shocked at the time. What is this, robbery? ! I asked if it could be used as a reminder for the first time, and no fine! The other party insisted on paying the fine. I said I had to catch a flight and wanted to leave as soon as possible. Finally, he said 150,000 yen. We paid the money and had a new feeling about this hotel. Every day when I went in and out, I bowed and smiled. At that time, I felt that the people here were very kind. Finally, I knew why people here were cold and indifferent. At this moment, I felt that the smiles were fake. (There will always be some good and bad things in life. I have learned to accept them, but I don’t agree with harsh behavior)

I recommend staying at Tokyo Autograph. I was shocked when I entered the room. The room is very large. This kind of area is really impressive in Japan. The hotel service is also good. The whole thing is very new. I am very satisfied with my stay.

The hotel has a trendy style, and there will be musicians playing on the 16th floor in the evening (I heard piano, flute, and guitar these days). It is very comfortable to listen to the music and watch the night view of Tokyo. The room size is relatively large in Japan, maybe because it is in Minato City. The surrounding environment is good and the neighborhood is very quiet. The room is kept very clean every day, and various daily necessities are prepared very thoughtfully. The hotel staff greets me with a smile every day, and the service is very considerate and efficient.

Most of the rooms face the subway, and there is serious discrimination. They charged me 120,000 yen as a deposit. It's very funny and the attitude is very bad. It got better after I complained. I don't recommend staying here.
