Convenient location to Ginza. 7-eleven attached to hotel r/c. Wide selection of amenities were available for free at the hotel lobby. Walking distance to Tokyo station.

The hotel is located at a convenient place with a walkable distance to the Metro Station. Free stay for the kids. Komeda's Coffee is just on the 2nd floor of the hotel and 7-11 is just on the 1st floor which is very convenient.

Location is good, Tokyo Station is nearby within few minutes walking distance . Suggest to provide 3 more washing machines on another floor as only 3 washing machines on 9/F are not enough at peak hour.

Good location, clean room and friendly staff. It would be better if there are more restaurants nearby.

Very convenient location to ginza and JR Tokyo and airport shuttle. Clean and modern facilities. Great overall for family with kids

The location is within a reasonable walking distance to Tokyo Station, which makes it easy for us to take Shinkansen. Downstairs there’s a convenient store, restocking our water and snacks was easy as well. Kyobashi station is just a stone throw away.

Convenient location, easy access to Ginza and Tokyo station area, convenience store just on G/F, a few dining outlets nearby. Will sure stay in this hotel again.

Service staff can't really understand English. But finally we could get our communications across successfully. The first day, they said we've to leave our luggage for collection at 7-11. After that, they said we can leave it there. It's really worrying if we are in a foreign land and we've been informed we can't leave luggage at hotel reception.

The hotel is just minutes from Tokyo station. To be exact, you just need to cross 1 x main traffic light and 2 small traffic lights and you will reach Daiwa Roynet. This hotel has an attached 7-Eleven downstairs. You have everything you need be it for business or leisure. The room is spacious for Tokyo's central context. We will stay in this hotel again on our next trip to Tokyo.

The location was excellent! The service is 4 because we did not have to interact with the hotel staff. I wish I could rate higher on the cleanliness but in the bathroom and on the table, there were a few pieces of hair...

It was a nice pleasant stay. Jus abt 5mins walk from Tokyo station. Equip w laundry service, however there was a great demand of it, hence it’s always not enough and long queue.. otherwise everything was good. Luv the red bean bread at level 2 komeda cafe.

Hotel is located within 5 min walk from the Tokyo Station. The room (3 bed room) is relatively spacious in Japan standard.

Hotel is considered very near to subway. Its cleaned. Right opposite is medi-ya. Amenities are in lobby area for you to self take what you need.

Walkable distance from Tokyo station. Considered a decent hotel.. service was good too!
