One of the best budget hotel I have ever experienced in Tokyo. Location is superb, room size is much bigger than the hotel in Shinjuku. Take just a few minutes train to Shinjuku and enjoy to everywhere easily.

The room is clean and relatively spacious given this price range, with a comfortable bed and shower ! You have all you need in room. You can also enjoy free coffee as well. Just 15 sec away from Koenji station and few stops to Shinjuku. Many restaurants and small shops nearby, love this place. I stayed there for 4 nights, staff are friendly. Very nice stay.

The location is superb—the hotel is pretty much without the station. Check in and check out process are efficient and the stuff were very welcoming and helpful!

Located just right beside Koenji station which is a small station, about 30m from the station exit , you will come to the hotel lobby . Around the hotel is a very vibrant town, a lot of restaurants, retro clothing shops ,

The location is very good, right next to the subway station. The room is spacious, bright and clean. However, the window cannot be opened.

This hotel is located on top of a subway station. Turn left and walk 20 meters from the north exit to the entrance, which is not easy to see. The subway station can be seen from the room window, but the sound insulation is very good. There are commercial streets, restaurants, supermarkets, and drug stores around, which is very convenient. It is also very convenient to travel, and it only takes nine minutes to get to Shinjuku by subway.

The room is clean. Although the window cannot be opened, the soundproofing is very good. The noise from the subway station downstairs cannot be heard at all. The hotel staff has a good service attitude. The toothbrushes and towels in the room can be directly taken on the 4th floor, which is very convenient.

The hotel is very soundproofed and the bed and pillows are very good. The lobby has rich and diverse supplies, including earplugs, 5-6 types of tea, and more than 6 types of bath salts for free use. I slept very comfortably both nights. Compared with the crowded Shinjuku, it was much quieter~ Right next to the hotel, super convenient
