It was a really small room and there was a strange smell. other things are fine, location is good.

Not a store for luggage. The cost of laundry is fair, but there is a surcharge for detergent. I will never again make hotel reservations from this group. Bad experience.

Small room . Very hard to get a space

Nice location, next to the train station. But the room is very small and never have staff come to clean the room

Room and bathroom are all clean and nice. Well maintained. Location abit far but lots of amenities around. Small bathtub but very nice.

Overall I enjoyed the stay. Hotel and the room was clean. Annoying thing about this hotel was the elevator stopping at 2nd floor no matter what. Going up or down you gonna stop at the second floor. Hotel’s location was great :) Walking distance to any subway station.

Basic hotel that you can find comfort of a lot of amenities packed into small area. Microwave, TV, hot water kettle, and refridgerator. Full Japnese module bathroom. Quiet at night. AC and heat. 15 min walk to Shinjuku station.
