Good location (near Toyosu Station). Room and onsen was great, as was the breakfast (see pictures).

Stayed 3 nights at the hotel.
Location: 15mins by Taxi to/from Tokyo Station, direct underground access to Toyosu Station for the Yurakucho Line to connect to other trains at Tokyo Station
Also closeby to Kidzania, Teamlab Planets, Toyosu Market and Odaiba
Reception: on 36/F, with rooms on the 3 floors below with exclusive lift access
Room: very clean and tidy, with excellent views of the harbour all the way to the Skytree
Facilities: male and female only onsen opening till late, with outdoor area for outdoor experience on 36/F

Excellent view from the hotel - could see Mount Fuji when the sky is clear. The hotel is conveniently located, situated on top of the metro station and only a 5-minute ride from Ginza. The front desk staff were helpful and had a great command of English. Only let-down being that the room was not as clean as I would have expected - dust could be seen on edges of walls and furniture. Otherwise. it had been a lovely stay.

Hotel located on 32-36th floor, the view is stunning. The hot spring is nice. Staffs are friendly and helpful. shopping centre is just underneath. The whole area is quiet and clean. I would definitely come back again.

I’m satisfied with the hotel but breakfast is in average even though Toyosu market is nearby.

Great view of Toyosu skyline. Near train station. Mall downstairs can dine, buy snacks, beauty or pharmacy products.

If you rent a car, just give this hotel a miss. The hassle of parking elsewhere and then walking to the hotel with all your luggage, which is also hard to find, I might add, is not worth it. The service is sub par by Japan standard. Breakfast wasn’t fantastic, infact limited. The place is clean but I can say the same for all hotels in Japan. Won’t be returning.

Fantastic view from even the lowest class of room type as the lowest floor was 33rd floor and each room looks out to the water. Breakfast room and reception is on the 36th floor w stunning views of the entire Tokyo Bay. Opt for the room + breakfast option as breakfast is served in an Italian restaurant with seafood stew and freshly baked thin pizza as choice of mains besides the usual egg dishes. There is a semi-buffet with Japanese and Mediterranean dishes and usually breakfast continental offerings

HOtel is nice , located aside a mall and metro station. Outside downtown but easy to reach . The only thing , the lobby is at the 35th(?) floor and you need to exchange lifts going down to the room floors. You dont want to do it often...

Just above the subway station, little away from the city center. Staff are very friendly and helpful. There is no gym and swimming. The view from the hotel is magnificent.

First off, the views are fascinating! But, I found bathroom size is a bit small while overall room size is bigger than usual in Japan. Noise isolation is also not perfect.
