Great place, smoking room is good , great location, shopping and dining is very good

It’s approximately 15 minutes walk from Shinjuku Expressway Terminal. But there’s another subway station nearby too. Upon check in, they gave a goodies amenities bag to my daughter. 1 issue that we encountered during the stay was the 2 in 1 washing machine (washing + dryer). Our clothes still wet after we took out from the washing machine. What I did was using the hair dryer to blow dry a bit of the clothes. The service provided was very good and friendly!

8/10. Location was good, room was clean and quiet. The best part was the good quality pajama they offered.

If ur looking for an affordable hotel that is in a decent area and price is good this is the perfect one. Subway station is not too far and a good walking distance to popular locations. The checkout time is a bit early but late checkout prices are fair.

Nice hotel , a bit far from shinjuku JR Nice staff but close to 3 convenience stores

Convenient to city and food! Hotel was clean. Checking in and out was cumbersome, as was told to check in every single day for 3 days due to their system. Hotel staff also did not took the initiative to inform us through room call on our baggage arrival (through Takyubin which was delivered late), despite several reminders to them. This was crucial leading up to our returning flight home.

This is a nice little hotel that is within walking distance to the metro and has several convenience stores and a grocery beside it. It's also possible to walk from Shinjuku station. Overall the service is lovely and the room is small but well designed. I would recommend this hotel for sure.

Clean, good services , location not bad in Shinjuku center, easy to locate, not crowd……just one thing the double size bed is not for two adults and one kid even in Asian size

The room was clean, except for dust stuck at the top walls, side cabinet and hanging lights where the aircon was blowing. It's easy for housekeeping to miss the upper untouched areas. Despite that, the bedding towels and toilet facilities were top-notch.

Service was nice, the room was clean. The location was a bit far from the JR train station take about 15-20 min walk with the luggage. Easy check in and check out, the staff were good in english. By the way, our stay here was nice.

Stayed for two nights. Location is okay and cleanliness is good. It’s quiet from the noisy area. The room is small but acceptable for one person stay. Bed is relatively big. Overall it’s a pleasant stay with reasonable price.

Good hotel, slightly out of the central Shinjuku area but a 15min walk so not a huge issue if exploring Tokyo. Amenities provided at reception area where you can grab what you need, and a kettle in the room. Room was as expected, clean and small but just what I needed. Only downside was majority of reception staff couldn’t speak or understand English so it made it quite difficult to ask any questions or clarifications.

Room layout looks slightly different from the picture shown but overall still comfortable stay. The room is not big but within expectation since its the popular area. Location is good for us, a lot of restaurants & shops nearby which operates till late. There are Lawson, Family Mart and 7-11 nearby which are 2-5 mins walking distance away and has variety of nice snacks which is great for late sleeper like us. The hotel is about 15 mins walk away from Shinjuku Station but there is also option to take another stop from Shinjuku to Shinjuku-sanchome Station which shorten the walking distance to 7mins. Reception service is great as well. Japan are quite strict with the check-in time, we reach about 10am and left our luggage there before we head out to explore but unfortunately my friend was very sick after lunch and we tried to request for early check-in and they accommodated to our request. Thumbs up overall!
