the hotel was in good loaiton and provide good service but the price is really high

We stayed for three days. My son and I have rashes after our stay. Except the location, the service is just fair, you can have many other better choices at this price.

Very amazing property - beautiful Tokyo Tower View room. The hotel has a nice restaurant / patio area that also overlooks the Tokyo Tower. Close to Metro station too!

Avoid the big thunder! This is really the most outrageous "luxury hotel" I have ever seen. This time in Tokyo, I experienced Aman, Andaz, and Toranomon Edition. The Edition was really shockingly bad. First, I spent a long time looking for the lobby entrance. The chartered car driver and the local Tokyo taxi driver followed the navigation and circled around before finding it. The reception service was normal, not very enthusiastic. I went upstairs to check in, which was extremely messy. There was only one front desk staff to check in at night, and he was still accepting check-in orders from tour groups. The whole lobby was very noisy. Then after checking in, I booked the Premium Tower. The view is definitely very good, I can't say it's bad, it's also very photogenic, but the room is definitely not very textured to live in, the floor and floor seams are old and have a low-end feel, the bathtub is the most simple and undesigned small bathtub, the bathroom door is the frosted glass door that affordable chain hotels love the most... the shower leaks..., even more outrageous is that when I went downstairs to eat breakfast the next day and passed by the corridor, the seal on the corner wall suddenly fell off... See Figure 1, it was definitely not man-made, it suddenly fell off in front of me, am I living in a dangerous building? In summary, this hotel is completely hyped up by Internet celebrities. If you go there for taking pictures, there are hotels with the same view to choose from, why suffer and choose this one? If you go there for the hotel experience itself, then don't choose it at all, the price is not low, the experience is extremely bad

Tokyo Toranomon Edition on Oita!!! This time I traveled alone and booked the Edition Tower View. From the moment I opened the door, the red color of the Tokyo Tower caught my eye. During the communication process at the check-in front desk, I happened to meet a Chinese girl, Sarina, who was very considerate and helped me deal with various problems. She also made an appointment for the lobby bar that cannot be missed.

To be honest, the best thing about this hotel is the view of Tokyo Tower. The other good thing is probably the cleanliness. The room is not big, maybe there are many Chinese guests, the service and inquiries can be communicated in Chinese.
