Location is good, close to trains, Room kind of small, but maybe newly built hotels are like that. Not enough clothes hanger Check out time too early at 10am. Jason

Location is great. About 6-8 minutes walk to train station and connecting to most of the places including both airports. Hotel is clean and complete. Receptionists are polite and English speaking as well.

The hotel is very cozy and clean. The location is not great, but the room size is reasonable. Will stay again if I'm nearby.

The location is very close to JR Hamamatsucho and close to the subway gate station. Open the window and you can see Tokyo Tower. There are many supermarkets and restaurants nearby. I will choose to stay here again next time.

The room is very small, a double bed room with a 1.2m bed next to the wall. The location is very convenient for eating and drinking coffee. It's okay if it doesn't rain when you get to the subway station. If it rains, it's difficult to walk 200 meters. There are many foreigners (Russian, Bangladeshi) working in the hotel, so communication is barrier-free. I originally wanted to see the view of Tokyo Tower, so I had to step out. If you want to enjoy the view of the Iron Tower, there is the nearby Prince Hotel which is slightly more expensive (I saw this when I passed by and regretted not staying at the Prince, it is much more atmospheric)

Minato-ku likes to stay near Hamamatsucho.

The hotel location and cleanliness are very good. The room is a bit narrow for 2 people. The bed is comfortable and good
