I had a helpful experience where I left my Apple Watch and my leather gloves behind. The staff took the time to retrieve and mark my belongings such that it was easy to claim later that day. This is a hotel with a hot spring facility and offers free breakfast. Perfect for solo travelers getting on with a full work day.

This hotel has a public bath for relax but the location is a bit hard to find

Other than the location being a bit awkward, it's great for the price! All facilities, including rooms, baths, and restaurants, are neatly maintained. The staff are also very friendly. I really appreciated receiving the package on my behalf before check-in!

I have been to Tokyo four or five times... This is the first time I stayed in the most satisfactory hotel in Tokyo! Very pleasantly surprised! High cost-effectiveness and new and user-friendly facilities! It is a 10-minute walk from Samezu subway station, and you can see Tokyo Tower from the room! There is a hot spring bath on the roof and an open-air bath! Better than Sapporo Hotel! The TV can even be adjusted electrically! You can buy frozen food in the supermarket and there is a microwave on the second floor! The hotel breakfast is also very good! There is an AEON department store next to it! It is very close to Haneda Airport! It is super value and I will stay there in the future!

The hotel is very clean and tidy, and the service attitude of the hotel staff is very good. Transportation is convenient. Breakfast is rich in variety. I will continue to book Wiles Hotel in April this year.

The room is relatively new and relatively large compared to other places in downtown Tokyo. It is about a 20-minute drive from Haneda Airport. You can take the airport bus. There is a large shopping mall Aeon nearby, which has drugstores and convenience stores, but it is not a very busy place.

The room is compact, small but complete. It is about 700 meters away from Aoki Yokocho Station. It is near a residential area and is relatively quiet.

It's much better than the Shinagawa Prince Hotel East Tower at the same price. The bed is comfortable and there is a hot spring. The sanitation is also clean. You can sleep on the bed without clothes. It takes about ten minutes to walk from the station.

The bed is too small and narrow. There is no place to spread out your luggage. Onsen, small pond, breakfast has 4 kinds. Traveling from the hotel to the station is quite far.

Highly do not recommend this hotel! This is the worst hotel experience I have ever experienced in Japan. The room smelled so bad as soon as I entered the room that I couldn't get rid of it! ! It is recommended that you think carefully before placing an order! The price/performance ratio here is not very good. The place is relatively remote and not worth the price. Most of the waiters are Indians.

Take the Keikyu Line from the airport to Aomono Yokocho (this station is passed by the express train, or to Jiaozhou, which is passed by the slow train) and walk for seven or eight minutes. You will pass by a large supermarket and 7-11. You can buy fruit in the large supermarket.
