The kind of local cozy hotel you can’t find on big chains, big enough for families, clean and well designed. Staff is simple and polite Location is great

Convenient location with alot of eateries nearby. Abit far from metro though

My initial thoughts when we entered the unit was that it would be a little tight for four people. I later realized that it was well laid out and we found ourselves to be very comfortable for the seven days there. We made good use of the refrigerator, washing machine/dryer, microwave and toaster oven. The staff was very friendly and helpful and made it very easy to use the luggage forwarding service as well as stored our other bags.

Located in the heart of Tokyo this hotel is like a home away from home. Built in 2020, the facilities are modern and very clean. Our unit included kitchen with induction range, large fridge, microwave oven, toaster, pots/pans, cutlery and crockery. Reception was friendly and helpful. It is far better than some of the Tokyo’s older 4 star hotels. Highly recommend!

It is indeed a hotel with great value for money. Although it is basically self-service, it is very convenient because of the complete facilities. You can make your own breakfast and supper, wash and dry your own clothes. The room is spacious and you can lay out everything. There are restaurants and izakayas around. For example, Yoshinoya is very affordable, while izakayas are more expensive. The convenience store downstairs sells small portions of rice, eggs, etc., so you don't have to worry about buying too much and not being able to finish it. There is a Chinese breakfast shop diagonally opposite the hotel gate. The employees are basically Chinese and the price is not too expensive. Because there is an office building next to the hotel, it is very quiet at night. There is a police station nearby and occasionally there will be sirens. The subway Daimon Station can go directly to Shinjuku Ginza Harry Potter and other places. The connected JR Hamamatsucho Station can go directly to Shinkansen Shinagawa Station in two stops. It is also convenient to go to Disney, Yokohama, and Kamakura. The front desk service is more professional. There are Chinese instructions to explain it to you clearly. There are also Chinese employees who speak Chinese. In fact, there is not much need to communicate with the front desk. Special reminder that garbage needs to be sorted. I don’t know if there will be a fine for littering, but there is a reminder that littering and eating are prohibited around the hotel. Overall, the hotel experience is good and I will stay in such a hotel again if I have the chance.

The room is very big, very spacious for 2 adults and 2 children. There is also a washing machine. The location is within walking distance of Tokyo Tower, and there are two or three convenience stores downstairs.

The hotel has a washer and dryer, so you don’t need to bring too much clothes with you during the trip. It is close to Tokyo Tower and can be reached in more than ten minutes on foot. You can also see Tokyo Tower from your room👍 There are also different restaurants and convenience stores nearby, which is quite convenient.

Overall, it's very good. The only drawback is that there are 2 stations around the hotel. For the elderly and children, it's still a long way to push luggage.

There are only izakayas, which are suitable for drinking a little wine and eating some skewers. Tips: The price on Ctrip is cheaper than in the store. Living alone for one day is cheaper than staying together, but there is also the risk of not having a room. A bottle of mineral water is 50 yen at the front desk on the first floor of the hotel, and the cheapest price at the convenience store is 110 yuan.
