Checked-in into a wrong room by a cleaner. Hope the original booker has a place to rest.

It is near to shin okubo station but the room i will say it is really compact and small.For those claustrophobic didnt suggest to book this hotel.Otherwise all okay and great

Space is too confined and can be claustrophobic when you have the maximum number of people in the room.

Hotel is very near JR station. Hotel will provide door password one day before check-in. It is clear instruction. Room is clean except floor. There is strange requests on the day. Hotel informs me that he will enter the room for checking Wi-Fi and I cannot reject. But they promise to take video to let me know what they do in the room. Finally they send the video and photo via email.

Internet is verry poor.. They are not consultant about that. And the owners is not active.

The hotel is located within walking distance of the popular Shibuya area, and there are also several subway stations nearby, which is very convenient. There are many shops and restaurants around, the area is quite noisy and dirty. The hotel itself is small, the rooms are cramped, but suitable for two. The shower stall is quite small. But there is a kitchen, microwave and washing machine, this is a big plus. Internet works fine. The hotel does not have a reception desk, so if you have any questions, there is no one to contact. Check-in information will be sent one day before arrival.

****! Dirty and messy! The hair dryer was still broken, and there were socks from the previous person under the bed! It felt like the room was not cleaned!

The sound insulation is not very good, but the price is cheap. The shower room is very small, so you may hit your head when you get up from the attic. Only one suitcase can be opened at a time in the entire space. You have to take the stairs to the second floor, so be careful if you have luggage.

I couldn't find the password to enter the room on the website and had to confirm it by phone, but they were able to let me in quickly and smoothly. There is also a kitchen and washing machine, so it seemed like a facility suitable for long-term stays.

The room is too small, but everything else is okay. The main thing is that the bathroom is too inconvenient. I can only stand alone. I can't change clothes and there's no place to put my clothes. Closer to Shin-Okubo Station than I expected Traveling with a suitcase was not difficult either. The room was small, but we were aware of it so it wasn't a problem. I laughed out loud at how small the shower was. I knew this because I knew about it through word of mouth. I can clearly hear people talking and coughing from the next room. I woke up around 1 a.m. to loud voices.

There was no room in Shinjuku that could accommodate this many people for this price, and it was nice that the room was clean and warm in its own way!

Everything was good except that the soundproofing wasn't very good! The owner seems to be Chinese and is very friendly.

Although the room is small, it is well-equipped and hygienic. It is great to have a washing machine. Clothes can be washed in time. What is even more pleasant is that the room also has kitchen equipment. It is very nice to cook noodles by yourself. It is highly recommended.
