Although it said there was room service, they said there wasn't. I couldn't connect to Netflix around 3:30pm, so I asked the front desk and they said they would be there at 4pm. I thought I was going to go to the convenience store, but they said they were just about to go. I thought that wasn't what they said, but I went back to my room and it took a while to connect to Netflix so I could watch it. While I was relaxing in my room, the door was suddenly opened and I was asked if I had my loungewear.
Is it okay for an employee to use a master key to open the door without permission to serve customers at a hotel? They had no training at all.
I don't think I'll ever go to this hotel again.
I had high hopes for this hotel because there were many good reviews, but it was disappointing.

Not bad. Many foreigners live there. The bathroom is outside the room. You can enter the code to lock the door when taking a shower. It is very close to Sensoji Temple, only a ten-minute walk away. Suitable for short term business trip and stay. Breakfast is okay, you can choose Japanese or Western style.

Our room was definitely small and basic, but perfectly fine as a place to sleep after a long day exploring Tokyo. This place is quiet but also just a couple blocks from all the shops and restaurants. It's reasonably close to train stations, but I will say that it was long enough of a walk that it was a drag carrying heavy luggage with us. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

I loved this little groovy boutique hotel right in the middle of the Asakusa neighbourhood. It was the perfect base for my first trip to Japan. It had a great feel about it and was so cosy, safe, quiet, comfortable, affordable and well located being on the Ginza subway line and easy to get to by train ftom the airport. The rooms are modern with a big window, a kettle, fridge, TV, pjs and all bathroom amenities including toothbrush, showercap, razor and skin products. They were happy for me to drop my luggage off early and even provided umbrellas to use. There is a Family Mart right next door and lots of great small restaurants on the door step.You also literally walk out the door and in 100m is the Senso-ji temple. So great to explore late at night and early morning. I'm so glad I chose this hotel and so glad I chose to stay in Asakusa. Will definitely recommend and would stay here again in a heart beat.

Beautiful- loved our stay for 4 nights. All around Japan rooms are small but what makes the difference are small amenities and service. I stayed in 4 hotels in my trip, this was one of the spacious, small balcony to have morning coffee, good amenities for room and bath. Earth friendly, very less use of plastic in all areas. Staff at front is very helpful. The night gowns are so comfortable, just loved them. Overall loved it. Highly recommend. Book in advance

Our room was fabulous. Great views. Close to food and shopping, with a Family Mart around the corner. The staff was incredible. Cannot say enough good things about this place.
