Location was decent, walking distance to Shinjuku.
Staff were friendly.
Cons a bit run down, shower wasn’t the best and near the red light district (wasn’t unsafe but not great for families at night)

For us who avoided the JR line by cutting off the Tokyo Metro for 72 hours, the location was a bit disappointing, but the staff, including one who spoke Korean, were very responsive. However, you may want to give up a little bit of soundproofing.

The location is good, behind Kabukicho or near Shin-Okubo Station. There are many restaurants from different countries nearby. The room is also quite big, clean and tidy.
