Nice hotel but I had to check out of the room to move but they got the dates confused and told me while I was waiting in the lobby for the room but I had to ask them when the new room is ready And it wasn’t today. So now I have to do the same tomorrow Check out to wait for the new room. Disrupts sleeping in.

It was a normal business hotel. The facilities are a little old, but it's fine if you just want to sleep.

The hotel is full of business people. The hotel is clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly, the breakfast is rich, and the transportation is very convenient. I will come back next time!

There was no water in the room, no ear swabs, etc. The pillows were too hard and high so I couldn't sleep.

In Tokyo, any place close to a station costs over 10,000 yen per night, but this place is just a 5-minute walk from the station and was less than 10,000 yen per night. Breakfast was included, so I was able to have a good meal in the morning. There were many delicious restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, so I had no trouble finding something to eat. I would like to use this place again if I go to Tokyo again.

On the first day of staying at the hotel, I found that the bathroom was not clean enough. I went to the front desk to inform the staff, but the receptionist was not Japanese and only said two words of apology. The breakfast was also average. There is a convenience store on the first floor of the hotel. The hotel transportation is very convenient. The hotel is a few minutes away from the subway station, and there are many places to eat around the hotel.

It's close to the station. There are convenience stores, restaurants, and Yoshinoya nearby, so it's very convenient. When I checked in, I was exhausted after work and it was late, but I was told, "I'm sorry to bother you, but please fill out this form..." I wondered if I was showing my tiredness, but I was also happy that they appreciated it. (Other businessmen were also told this, so it must be the way they operate.) Also, there are quite a few steps at the foot when entering the room, but I was very grateful that the front desk warned me in advance. I was tired and sleepy, and the room I entered for the first time had no lights, so I think there was a high possibility that I would have tripped and injured myself if they hadn't told me. The room was neat and clean. Since I stayed on the ladies' floor, there was a shampoo bar in the healing room and I was very excited to be able to choose the shampoo I liked. In addition, the room had a Refa shower head, so I was able to warm up my cold body with the mist, which was great. The breakfast buffet was included, and the menu was extensive and wonderful. It's a place I don't often go to, but I would like to stay at this hotel again. I felt that they had established an operation that would further enhance the hard aspects through soft aspects.

I have to stay in Asagaya for personal reasons. This is mainly a residential area with few hotels. The Smile Hotel next to Asagaya subway station and this one are close to Asagaya Minami subway station. The hotel room is small. It is said that most of the rooms of three-star hotels in Japan are small. The facilities are relatively old, but it is clean to stay. There are humidifiers and electric kettles. When booking the room, it also includes a single breakfast. The breakfast variety is good. The coin-operated laundry on the second floor is very convenient. The hotel service attitude is good. One day, the laundry asked where to change coins. After the waiter understood, he took my money and ran to the main desk on the first floor to change it for me, and then ran upstairs to give it to me. It was very warm. I often need to use translation software to communicate, which is basically barrier-free. Good value for money.

It's about a 10-minute walk from JR Asagaya Station! (It's a little farther along the main road, and it's a little closer to go through the alley according to the navigation, but it's not recommended because there are ***...) If you don't require daily cleaning, you can get a free bottle of drink (soft drink or canned wine). You can get the exchange coins from the front desk and exchange them at the vending machine on the second floor. The breakfast variety is not rich, but it's enough.

The room was clean and just the right size, and it was on the ladies' floor so I felt at ease. I was also happy that there were different types of shampoo bars to choose from.

If you drop something on the floor of your room, you should throw it away. It won't survive.

I took the JR line so it was a little far, but I think it's easy to find if you take the subway. The receptionist was polite and nice. The room was clean and I was satisfied.

The hotel is very close to the subway entrance, convenient for travel, and the environment is relatively quiet. The free breakfast is very rich, acceptable to Chinese stomachs, and the cost performance is very high, so I stayed for several days.
