Spacious room and nice entrance door which doesn’t feel like I’m staying at a cheap hotel

Great service by the hotel staff. Very close to shibuya station and no worries about luggages on stairs as there are lifts connected. Very professional staff helped with my taqbin luggage delivery too. Will stay here again when I come back to Tokyo.

The closest exit should be the new south gate from shibuya station. It takes less than 5mins to get to the hotel. Small room. May be hard to pack the luggage. Would recommend other hotels if possible. Location is good though. Other than that, nothing is impressive. Second time stay with the hotel, not much improvement since 1.5years ago. It’s getting old.

Great location just away from the busy corners of shibuya crossing. Staff are friendly and comfortable to communicate in fluent English. Room was clean and well spaced for one. Had an enjoyable stay. Thanks

This is an amazing hotel for solo travellers. I booked a single, non-smoking room and whilst it was small, it was more than enough. The bed was a small double bed, and the bathroom was big enough. The staff were wonderful and very friendly. The location of this hotel was spectacular, with it being a 5 minute walk to Shibuya station and a 10 minute walk to Shibuya Scramble Crossing. I will stay again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hotel abit small and old. Was straight away given the smoking room. No aircon, luckily the weather is cold. Nearby amenities, location is good.

Extremely disappointed in my first booking with Trip.com. The room was dim and smelled like aftershave. I tried to switch rooms but they attempted to charge me more. There was no view. You can only see a concrete wall. The floor had hair everywhere and there were stains on the wall and sheets. 227$ for one night. I do not recommend this room or hotel to anyone who is traveling to Shibuya. I could not get a refund due to policy so due to do this we slept in our clothes on top of the bed. It was very uncomfortable and inconvenient.

I always use this hotel when I stay in Shibuya. Great location, good size bedroom and very kind staff. Highly recommend.

Hotel is right next to the Shibuya JR station, and few minutes from the Shibuya crossing. Clean and well kept rooms. Recommend if you want to be right smack in the action.

Location was great, just minutes away from the shibuya station. Lots of food options nearby and ones that open 24 hours too. Amenities were complete, even have a balcony for smokers like me, the ceiling is ridicously high, and the water pressure in the shower is strong enough for a back massage. Only complaint is the service, If you want ice you need to take your bucket downstairs and fill it up yourself.

Located in the middle of all shopping paradise & just steps away to Shibuya train station! Great place & spacious accommodation!
