The hotel is extremely well located, with incredible view on the Tokyo tower, no breakfast available and facilities a little aged, but the service is professional and room very clean. The price is very interesting as well

best location for tokyo tower observation spot this hotel near - “Hamamatsuchi” JR station (yamanote, Keihin-tohoku line) - “Shibakoen” subway station (Mita line) - “Daimon” subway station (Asakusa and Oedo line). It’s very convenient to travel very nice area, quiet, and has many Chinese restaurant

Quite close to Shibakoen metro station but if come bu JR it’s around 900m from JR hamamasucho. Breakfast ia great. Staff ate so helpful. Twin bed are 4’width that’s great.

Don’t forget to ask for room with the Tokyo Tower view. It was an old but finely aged hotel.

The staff were nice, professional. But this hotel was old, you will definitely feel it when you stay in it. But still recommend it to everyone.

The hotel place is about 10mins walking distance from the nearby Hamamatsucho (JR Line) train station. The hotel vibrant gives off old antique looking. Initially the room provided to us has some wall cracks damages and the air ventilation has some issues, whereby it did not produce cool wind even when we put the room temperature at 20 degree Celsius. We have to feedback to request for a room change. Initially the hotel receptionist mention they are unable to provide another room due to unavailability, but much rounds of asking, we manage to get another room (still got little bit of wall cracks), but at least the air ventilation is working. The rest of stays are generally OK, whereby we do not have much complaints about it. We sincerely hope the hotel could look into this.

I booked twin room non smoking. On picture the room was looking nice. In reality we didn't get a room which was on picture. Our room was very small, very congested, instead of 2nd bed there was a sofa bed. it's good it was only for 1 night. I was very tied after long travel, that's why I didn't check straight away, but I had a feeling that it wasn't a room I booked. On next day when we were checking out, I spoke to front clerk Akihiro Sasaki about this matter. He told me, that they can’t see a picture of room I booked, they just followed instructions from Trip.com. I will let Trip.com know what happened. I feel we were cheated and I think we deserve a compensation, because the room we got is definitely cheaper than the room I booked.I am providing photos of original room and room we got. I am very disappointed.

Great place to stay at with many different train stations nearby. Also a microwave and vending machine available at the lobby. Recommended!

The service at the hotel is superb and will be greeted by friendly receptionist. Even though, it is not located at the best location and with the room looking a little old, it is still pretty spacious. This would be good for small family with lower budgeg.

Helpful staff who even provide a room with the view of the Tokyo Tower. Nice~

The room is large which is hard to find in Tokyo especially with this price. The room looks old-fashioned, but very clean. However, we found some trashes and left staffs from the previous guests under the bed (Crocs jibbit and a big snacks package). The location is great with Family mart at the corner with an easy access to Haneda.

Twin room is big and beds are comfortable. Great place to stay at with many different train stations nearby - 5 to 15 mins by foot. Family mart is 3 mns walk. Hotel staffs can speak English. Will book again for my next trip.
